I went for the first time to see Dr. Mike Chow. Him and his staff took very good care of me. They have all the equipment needed to do full analyses. They answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Chow went into detail over my retina scans and put my doubts to rest. Plus the staff was very warm and friendly. They have won over a new patient.

My family and I have been patients of WSV for a few years. I have found the front desk staff and the exams to be excellent and very caring people. My problem is with the female owner who when I called about a bill I had a simple question about said, "The charge is your problem." Wow, amazingly rude and totally devoid of having any customer relations etiquette! I have excellent insurance, but for some reason she would only see the Medicare option. They had been billing and had been paid by Regence / Blue Cross/Blue Shied since the first visit. I went in and paid the charge in cash and sent in the charges to Regence myself and they paid immediately. Keep that woman behind closed doors or you will be out of business soon. We have all left and I am so happy I don't have to deal with her ever again. BTW, this is the first time I have EVER left a negative review for any business or individual.
