My visit with Dr. Feng was very satisfying. He did a very thorough eye exam, making sure to explain each evaluation before he did it. After each evaluation, he discussed the results. He did not make me feel rushed. The office is quiet and calming. I appreciate that Dr. Feng took time to explain my health care benefits, including what would be covered and what would be "out-of-pocket" expenses. He also did not pressure me to purchase eyewear at his office. I highly recommend this optometrist.

Overall a great experience. Dr Feng explained my insurance coverage before starting the exam, so there were no surprises there. He explained every machine and answered all my questions clearly. I wanted a checkup of my eye health, not just a new prescription, and this felt very thorough. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Feng.

I really hate to write this, Dr Feng was very nice and thorough and informative BUT his eye exam gave me a very painful stye and he was not apologetic and didn't take any responsibility for it. - did not wash his hands at all - only wiped down one machine with a small alcohol wipe but used at least two machines with me. - touched my eyelids - on second visit, he did dab his hands with the alcohol wipe but then touched the light switch right after... - eye was gritty after the eye drops he used for the dry eye exam, was not a single use bottle Despite having clogged oil glands for a long time, I've NEVER gotten a stye before because I'm very careful about not touching my eyes with dirty hands. I was so uncomfortable after the eye exam that I didn't even put my contacts back in, my eyes felt so dirty... and then the very next day, I got the stye. So it's really obvious that my stye came from the eye exam. He was really nice to offer to take a look at it (misheard eyelid infection for eye infection), but then couldn't even prescribe an ointment unless I paid for another exam fee. And said I might just have a stye for a month. This sucks. And it's so, so avoidable. I hope Dr Feng learns from this and revisits his hygiene protocols because this should never happen from an eye exam. I had to go to urgent care to get an antibiotic ointment since it was unbelievably painful and swollen and affecting my vision and work. I will revise my review if he responds well and takes responsibility.

This is the best eye exam I've ever had in all my life. Dr. Feng was patient, kind, and informative. He even explained the common "eye problems" I might see as I age and what to look out for. He explained the details of my insurance to me, what I would get, upfront costs, the works. Highly recommend this clinic, got an exam, a prescription, and a better understanding of how my eyes are working.

Highly recommend! Dr. Feng gave the most comprehensive and comfortable eye exams I've had. He answered all my questions and concerns around dry eyes and gave me an actionable plan to fix things. Excellent appointment with Dr Feng! Even as a one-man band, he is thorough and unhurried and addressed all of my concerns during my hour. With the trial pair of contacts from my exam, I left seeing better than when I walked through the front door.

Best eye doctor I've ever had! Dr. Feng takes care of everything, he is very attentive and communicative, and his office is super nice. The selection of glasses/frames looked really nice, too.
