Eyes Rite Eyecare

I have been here 3 times now. Dr Dana is great and his staff is always helpful and kind. They helped me fix 2 pairs of frames that i didn't get from them to fit better. I had to skip a year before because they were short staffed and now I decided I will always wait for them to make appointment. I had fu wait a couple weeks to get in but I called during the holiday week. Dr also speaks some Spanish. I recommend coming here.

Be careful what you wish for. Wanted something closer to home that goes with my insurance. Well I got just only that something close to home. I have been waiting for a answering phone, call back, or even a message back. Nothing! Even I tell you I get the same message every time we are closed between 1-2 for lunch at this time please leave a message. Well what is harken at the receptionist desk that I'm not getting the phone answered or a call between the hours of 8- 12: 30pm or 2-5? I don't get how nobody had even returned my call after leaving two messages these past two weeks.

I came to pick up the order, it was closed, it doesn't say anything in the schedule on the website, what time is lunch?!

Visits seem to be limited to appointments only. Call before you head to the location if you don't have an appointment. They strongly request you to wear a mask. (They are a health services company.) The doc is nice without being overly friendly. They offer frames from major name brands, but I didn't pay much attention to the prices. My insurance only pays 20%, so I have to be a little frugal. I'll return next year for my optical health needs... hopefully with better insurance.

These guys are amazing. Clarissa was so helpful with explaining my benefits and helping me find a great pair of glasses. The doctor went above and beyond and explained things well and even made sure to do a follow up just to make sure my contacts felt good. Thank you Dr. Coke and Clarissa for the best appointment I could get.

My wife's appointment at Eyes Rite optical was a letdown from start to finish. Despite clearly communicating her insurance details to the receptionist beforehand, she arrived only to be turned away by an optometrist who was not just unhelpful, but outright rude. The lack of transparency regarding insurance acceptance, coupled with the receptionist confirming the appointment without mentioning the issue, resulted in a wasted morning and a significant inconvenience for her. Such disregard for basic communication and customer service is unacceptable, particularly when it involves individuals taking time off work for appointments. The experience left my wife thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, and it reflects poorly on Eyes Rite Optical's professionalism. I strongly advise others to ensure insurance compatibility before scheduling appointments there, to avoid similar experiences.

My boyfriend and I came here a few months ago, and had our appointments back to back. The office is very accommodating. No complaints. Today my boyfriend needed to get prescription safety glasses for work, and the receptionist I talked to on the phone was very polite and informative even though I told her that we had an appointment at Sears she still gave me all the info we need. We may end up going through them for the safety glasses in the end.

He has been my doctor for 10+. There was a time when his business moved and I lost contact. I went to another clinic and the prescription was so strong I had headaches everytime I would wear my new glasses, I would rather go without glasses at that time. Then I found his new office and I was so glad to be back! I have never went to another doctor after that! He is very kind and attentive.I like that we always have a little small talk about life.
