Stay as far away from this place as possible!! I got my eyes done in 2017 and I purchased the lifetime warranty. Today I called the company to schedule my annual eye exam to keep up my end of the deal and was told the location I got my eyes done at has been taken over by another company, so my lifetime warranty will no longer be honored by them nor will I be getting my money back. These people are con artist! Do your research, I wish I did better research!

MUST READ!!! I had lasik procedure in 09/2018 with the Lasik vision institute, Bellevue WA location. I was contacting the Lasik vision institute this morning at 11:09am PT to send in my annual eye exam for this year to maintain my lifetime warranty. Then I was told, for the very first time, that my lifetime warranty was already void because Vision group holding has been bought out by Kismet New Vision Holdings LLC. I was also told there were no correspondence and no refund. There are thousands of patients like me are being screwed over by these corporations. I wrote a complaint letter the corporation and they pretty much said better luck next time when you pay thousands of dollar to register as a new patients again. Next, I plan to file consumer complaints with the state and federal, and file dispute with my credit card company. Patients are sold lifetime warranty that worth over $1300 and signed legal contract, hoping for better eye care. What is happening now is neither ethical nor legal. $1300 may not mean anything to high-earning doctors and big corporations, but it means a lot to lots of family, especially during this pandemic. Patients should not suffer because big corporations want to play house! Kismet New Vision Holdings LLC spent $35million acquired Vision Group Holdings. They had control to choose being ethical, but they chose to start their new business by screwing over thousands of patients who paid hard-earning money for their eye care. Since they don't care about their patients, and only speak the language of profit; I call upon everyone to share and make everyone known for Kismet New Vision Holdings LLC and Vision Group Holdings' unethical practice. Let's make sure their profit hurt and no more patients getting screwed over by them!

I also lost my lifetime warranty after 6 years. Just when I needed it too! I feel a settlement coming (crosses fingers).
