I can't say enough good things about this optical shop. Erica was fantastic helping my teen find the right glasses -- patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She explained lens options clearly, made sure everything fit comfortably, and really cared about making my teen happy with their choice. It made what can be a stressful process so much easier. We'll definitely be back!

I want to register my satisfaction and gratitude for the assistant manager Erica (store 4051 Tacoma Mall Blvd.), because today 12/14/2025 we went - me and my husband - to the store to try to solve / fix my glasses that broke (I bought it in 2022), but there was no repair and also my model had already left manufacture. Well, Erica with all her patience in wanting to help us, tried to find in her stock if there would be any model left and to our surprise she found it! We really need more people like Erica, with patience and willingness to help
