Proctor Vision

Though this review is a little late, I have to share my exceptional experience at this clinic, which truly surpassed all my expectations. My original eye clinic could not schedule me until late March. Unfortunately, that timeline did not work for me, so I researched different eye clinics, which led me to Proctor Vision Clinic. After reading the reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in at the start of 2026. Let me tell you, the reviews were spot on!!! From check-in to the exam and contact lens pickup, every step of the process was handled with exceptional care. Upon my arrival, Rachel welcomed me with a warm smile and guided me through the check-in process. She thoughtfully explained the forms I needed to complete as a new patient. The staff member who performed my eye scans ( I apologize for not remembering her name) was incredibly kind and patient, using a calming tone which provided ease during the various tests. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chikwinya, who was equally attentive and caring! He not only ensured that I received the correct prescription, but also took the time to explain my eye health in great detail. Additionally, he answered all of my questions in a clear and understandable manner, which I found very reassuring. Finally, Tracey assisted me at check-out, outlining the next steps and even emailed me an itemized receipt for my exam. Without a doubt, this has been my BEST eye visit and I'm so happy I found my new go-to clinic! I can't wait for my annual exam next year! Huge thanks to the Proctor Vision team for their wonderful service!!!

I have the TINIEST HEAD and they always have such professional, gorgeous frames for me to try on. I no longer just have to settle with bulky, frames that just sit on my face wrong. They have always been so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel so much stronger in my ability to understand my eye health and treatment options after every yearly check up. I'm so grateful for their thoughtful approach to vision care.

The staff was energetic and helpful. It made eye exams and shopping for glasses fun. All the members seemed to have a genuine interest in finding the right glasses for me.

The staff is great! The minute you walk in you feel welcomed. And Dr. Pham is the best! Not only is she easy to talk to but you can tell she really wants to get it just right with your eye care. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Pham, she was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and caring when helping me remove debris from my eye. The process was quick, comfortable, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel at ease. I Highly recommend Proctor Vision!!

Our daughter recommended Proctor Vision to us so we decided to try them out. Easy to make the appointment and they sent plenty of reminders. Staff were very nice, they have all kinds of fancy machines for mapping your eyeballs so they can see everything going on with your eyes. The doctor then went over the pictures and explained everything and answered all our questions. Definitely more details and info than any other eye doctor I have been to in the past. Highly recommend!

Great staff, new technology and I am confident that I FINALLY have a prescription that will work for me. Rachel and Dr Pham were both friendly and proficient at the jobs.10/10 would recommend!
