I completely support all of the other 5 Star reviews for this location, and you can too. This tag-team of professionals provided the absolute best service I've ever had!! They went beyond helpful when conducting scans to exams, assisting with finding frames, and presenting purchase options. 1. Listening skills; They each heard my personal concerns about my financial circumstances and offered custom options and alternatives. 2. Retinal scan: The tech adapted her scanning technique to prepare me for each retinal scan; she counted down to when I was about to see the super-bright scan light. 3. Product Search: They searched in-store stock for 6 frames that fit my style of choice to select from. 4. Exam: Dr. Tom, although substituting at the location was thorough, detailed, very personable, likable, and easy to converse with as well. 5. Written Information: All information needed for future use or online purchase options was provided. If interested Possible Improvements to consider: A notification to patients to choose between pupil dilation or retinal scan "prior" to arriving for their eye exam, along with any associated out-of-pocket costs. This should prevent the need to make an on-the-spot surprise decision, slight feelings of manipulation, and can be included in the appointment details or special instructions. Prior to conducting the retinal scan, the patient should be prepared to expect the bright light that the scanning machine produces, preventing unexpected shock to the eye from the piercing bright light. In all, a straightforward, prompt, and very pleasant experience. Thanks, everyone!

I have been to this location multiple times and have always received a consistent great quality of care. Booking an exam even last second is easy online as well. The doctor was patient and willing to listen to all of my concerns, the front desk staff were really kind and walked me through their promotions without being pushy, and helped me with my HSA card. The technician gave good clear instructions and was very quick and efficient with her work. All in all, I'm glad this visionworks is well worth the drive.

Came in today to try on glasses since I need a new prescription. When I walked in Sera stood up and greeted me right away. As I told her I was just looking Jennifer the GM for the store came up to me and helped me pick out a couple frames. I was so impressed with how professional and assertive everyone was and the sense of urgency to help me. I will definitely be returning and share my experience.

I stopped into Visionworks with my prescription to pick out a pair of glasses. I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked in and was satisfied by the variety of glasses in all price points. Once I picked a pair out, staff were quick to help me and offered transparency in the prices of lenses. I didn't feel pressured to upgrade to fancier lenses like some other vision centers try to do. Overall, great store location, friendly and knowledgeable service, and fast pickup times, I got my glasses in under a week!

We've been going back to this same location for 3 yesrs now. Everyone is always helpful (even helping me pick out frames that fit my face & style best) and informative. The doctakes the time to review my records from my last visit and educate me about the changes in my eyes. It felt like he really cared about me as a patient, not just a number to push thru the process....anyti.e I need an adjustment to my glasses they are always willing and fast to help me. I highly recommend this location.

Walked in because I needed new glasses after my previous pair broke last week. This place takes both the vision insurance plans that my wife and I have. I was assisted be Aubrey who was great. She was able to pull up both insurance plans to find out willing one would work best fore me. See then offered assistance in picking out frames. I knew the style what I wanted so it was pretty easy to choose. Afterwards we went through what I wanted and needed in my new lenses. Everything was quick and easy. New glasses are on order. Highly recommend this place and also recommend Audrey she is that professional as well as knowledgeable.

Audrey was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciates how she explained prices first to let us consider our options. It was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone!
