Dr Scarbrough is a committed professional. I was fortunate to find Eagle Eye about 10 years ago, coming from another provider who did not provide me with the careful fitting and attention to detail that Dr. Scarborough does. It's very important to me that my glasses are a great fit, and I am be able to see very well. She understood this, and would go over options with me to ensure my trifocals allowed for excellent long range vision, close-up and great reading. She spends your appointment time one on one with you, explains the changes in your vision, and how those could translate into new lenses or contacts. Both my wife and I are grateful to Dr. Scarborough for the excellent care we've received from her.

Dr. Kerri Scarborough is a wonderful optometrist. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing. When your new glasses come in she spends the time to make sure everything is the way you want it. I can't say enough good about her. My wife and I have been going to her for many years. We have moved over 100 miles away and still come back for our eye exam .

I arrived in Woodinville last night with my husband for a 4-day business trip, nearly 2,000 miles away from home. But this morning I realized that I had forgotten to pack any contacts. Since I wear the 1-day disposable contacts, I throw my contacts out every night and put in a new pair every morning. Not having a pair of glasses, everything was in a literal blur, and I was desperate! Thankfully, there were several optometrists nearby, so I walked to four different places. They all seemed very nice, but they could not (or would not?) help me. I finally walked into Eagle Eye Vision Care, and was met with immediate care and kindness in their willingness to help! Dr. Scarbrough exhibited a high level of expertise, professionalism, and thoughtfulness as she set me up with a pair of trial contacts. She further offered her time by examining the fit and ensuring that they would comfortably and sufficiently get me through the next week. She saved the day, and the next three!! What a relief to see clearly again, knowing that I would not have to see this beautiful place in a complete blur for the week, all thanks to Dr. Scarbrough and her wonderful staff! 5 Stars!

Dr. Scarbrough is very knowledgeable and thorough. She spends time with her customers to understand and address their vision concerns and needs including discussing conditions and options at length. Atypical to most of the industry, she spends the time engaged one-on-one with the customers opposed to having an assistant do most of the work and only pop in for a brief moment. Her customer service and attentiveness continues throughout the glasses selection and fitting. I would highly recommend her.
