The Optik Vision Center

I had a great experience at the Optik. They were very thorough and professional. The doctor suggested a slightly stronger prescription but was ok with me deciding to keep my current one. And the whole exam only cost me $50 after insurance which was cheaper than the $95 I was paying at other in-network providers previously. Nice selection of glasses as well. 10/10 will return.

The Optik Vision Center in Woodinville is absolutely wonderful! The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the whole experience is super convenient from start to finish. They have a fantastic selection of glasses with tons of great options and styles to choose from, as well as a wide variety of contact lens options. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to help you find exactly what works. I highly recommend Optik Vision to anyone looking for excellent eye care and an outstanding overall experience!

I agree with some others who indicate you get NO customer service. The girls are young and more interested in their weird outfits than any interest in helping you select a good pair of glasses. I will never return. The Dr. was thorough, but my advice, hire people with ethics and a customer service bent!

Visited Optik Vision Center in Woodinville for an eye check-up -- great ambience, friendly reception, and quick appointment with timely reminders. Overall smooth experience. Only feedback: the technician's instructions felt a bit rushed and mechanical, like reading a script too fast. A slower, more personal touch would make it perfect. Still, highly recommend!

This Optik is fast, efficient, comprehensive (excellent equipment to evaluate all aspects of vision & eye health) and not at all pushy in terms of sales. The Dr. has a friendly, factual approach, shows you everything she is looking at and explains how to interpret. Everything you could want really

This place is awesome. I went for my first ever eye exam here and everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. The front desk really goes above and beyond for the client's experience. Going to recommend this place to all of my lens wearing friends.

I've been a customer and patient of The Optik for over 10 years, probably 15 years. No complaints, good service and quality products. I even stop in now and then for a free botttle of lens cleaner. However, on my last visit I felt like they were all in a hurry. Dr. Nguyen himself took his time and was accommodating as ever, making sure I was satisfied with the choices we have to make about my vision. The rest of the staff, however, made me feel I was getting the bum's rush. Maybe it was just a crowded schedule, or the fact my choice of wardrobe that day was tan carpenter pants, black t-shirt, and Army veteran cap, and they interpreted that to mean I was one of those Proud Boys or similar para-military anti-Democracy group. For the record, I am not, I am pro-Democracy and believe in the Constitution and did NOT vote for Trump. Whatever the reason was, I hope it doesn't last as I enjoy being cared for by Doc Nguyen and the other MDs.

It is me and my family's fourth year coming to the Optik. The staff are very warm and nice. The doctors are very professional, they have the ways to let my kiddos do the eye exams. Highly recommend The Optik vision center for your next eye checkups.
