Very thorough eye exam and I feel like I'm in good hands. They really do push the glasses a lot. Even after I made it clear i don't want them, she tried three more times. It's hard to sell something for $400 out of pocket you can buy for $6 and not be afraid of breaking. I'd still really recommend them. She got me in on an emergency eye scratch a few years back. She's conscientious and a good neighbor.

I recently saw Dr. Li and had a wonderful experience. She was patient and very thorough with both the exam and answering all my questions and concerns. I left with a better prescription and understanding of my vision!

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Salud in 2024 when my almost four-year-old granddaughter needed an eye exam. My daughter asked me to accompany her to the appointment, and I was initially hesitant--previous experiences at Dr offices had left us feeling dismissed, with concerns brushed aside rather than truly heard. From the moment we stepped into Bothell Vision Center, however, everything changed. Dr. Salud and his team immediately set a welcoming tone. I believe the assistant's name was Sophie, though I'm not entirely certain--but what stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff. When Dr. Salud entered the room, his genuine energy and warmth were evident. He greeted all of us with a smile, effortlessly engaging with my granddaughter in a way that made her feel comfortable rather than anxious. He took the time to listen--not only to my daughter but to me as well--ensuring that every concern was acknowledged. Throughout the appointment, he explained things thoroughly, educating us and making sure we understood the process. At one point, when my granddaughter was getting restless, he playfully asked her to stand up and do ten jumping jacks with him--a simple but brilliant way to refocus her. She eagerly complied, and just like that, she was ready to continue the exam. His approach was gentle, patient, and reassuring, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. I was so moved by his authenticity that I asked whether he accepted new patients, including us older adults! He graciously welcomed our entire family, and a few months later, my husband and I visited him at his Woodinville location, Redwood Eye Clinic. Their later evening hours worked better for our schedule, and once again, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Salud's professionalism, transparency, and kindness set him apart. He doesn't just give his expert opinion--he ensures that patients fully understand all their options. His approach is relaxed yet highly informative, allowing for a truly collaborative experience. Beyond Dr. Salud, the entire team at both locations has been outstanding. Jenny, who assisted us with glasses, was wonderful. She kindly adjusted my husband's old glasses without hesitation, and when we needed new lenses, she patiently walked us through all available options--never pushing a sale but rather ensuring we made the best decision for our needs. The frame selection is fantastic, but more importantly, the customer service is unmatched. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and transparent eye doctor, look no further than Dr. Christopher Salud. I actually drive 4 hours just to see Dr. Kim Eng! When I used to live in Woodinville I was a regular patient. I have moved twice and now live in Central WA. I spent a solid year (and thousands of dollars) visiting different eye clinics near where I live. Their gas permeable contacts were the wrong size (and actually hurt to try and wear them), or they said I had to switch to soft lenses because they couldn't get gas permeables! I gave up and decided to make the drive over the mountains to the Redwood Eye Clinic. It is SO worth it! My hard lens gas permeables are comfortable again! And my vision perscription is spot on. I will continue to make the long trip. I highly recommend Redwood Eye Clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at Redwood today for an urgent issue. Lori was able to get me in quickly , within hours. Ana was kind and helpful during intake and follow up. Dr Eng is always professional, skilled and kind. I highly recommend Redwood Eye clinic.

I scheduled my yearly eye exam with a new provider because my employer, school district, had changed insurance carrier and my regular Vision Dr. did not accept the new insurance plan. I went online to review providers within my address and I selected Bothell Vision, Redwood Eye Clinic after researching the clinic Doctors. Interesting that the picture of the business was of their prior location, an older home, Bothell Vision Center, which I had gone to when I first moved to Bothell 37 years ago. On my appointment date, the friendly front desk staff collected information pertinent to my first time after completing the online data requested prior to appointment. They assisted me by professionally answering my questions and even correcting a bend in my current eye glass frames as suggested by Dr. Salud. Dr. Salud shared information that was helpful as any concerns with cataracts and Glaucoma and confirmed no scar tissue from an unusual eye mishap. He was a good listener as I shared additional medical information from past eye appointments. I plan to return next year for my yearly eye exam as the staff and Dr.Salud made me feel confident in the teams' genuine care of me as a patient. I feel I can trust them with my eye vision needs.

I have been going to Redwood Eye Clinic for quite a number of years. The staff is excellent and very professional. They helped me choose new glasses and I have received more compliments on them! Dr Eng is the best! I had gone to an ophthalmologist and didn't receive the extensive exam that I received from Dr. Eng. And he spends time explaining what the tests are and what they mean. Two thumbs up!!
