I went in for an eye exam and to get a new contact perscription. Kara was very friendly, helpful and quick with getting my appointment started. Dr. Gunther was very professional and thorough. She adressed all my concerns about my eyes, and helped me find the contacts that were the best fit for me. Visionworks was a lot less expensive than other eye doctors I have been to over the years. I will definitely be going back for my yearly exams and contact/glasses going forward.

I went to Visionworks in Woodinville last week in a bit of a last-minute rush after realizing I had completely run out of contacts (I wear dailies) and my contact prescription had expired. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Kara greeted me as soon as I walked in and took me straight into my appointment. Everything moved quickly but never felt rushed. Dr. Gunther was extremely thorough, asked great questions, and shared a lot of helpful information. After the exam, Kara got everything figured out for me and was incredibly kind and friendly throughout.
Honestly, this was the best eye doctor appointment I've ever had. I'll be going here from now on because of Kara and Dr. Gunther.

I don't write reviews, this is probably my third ever, but I was very impressed and rather surprised by the "holistic" quality of our experience at Visionworks Woodinville; being a "chain-owned" location I was expecting very standard service with "lowly interest service"; I found the associates, Louis and Kara, to be super friendly but also fast and effective, really good at explaining; both, Kara and Dr. Raghuram told me things about my eyes that I had not ever heard after 50+ years of going to this kind of place, relevant, helpful things; technology great, explanations awesome, Louis is a young man and yet gets bifocals like he had used them himself... insurance check fast and working and expected; I will make an extra effort to ensure I come back here next time. If you all read this, thank you, guys!

Kara C is awesome! I had an appointment a couple weeks ago, after my eye appointment, she worked with me to find the best way to leverage my insurance in order to get contacts and glasses! Not only did she help me with my frames, lenses and contacts, she took me through the pre-exam check in (I don't know what all the steps are called) with ease, and conversation throughout that helped me to feel comfortable.
I've been to this location for the past 3 years for exams, this is the first time I've purchased frames (I've gotten contacts there before), and the entire experience has always been great. The optometrist (Dr. Gunther) is awesome too, very easy going and and thorough. I will definately be back again next year and hope to see the same crew! Hats off to all of them!
