The staff and doctor at Family Vision Care are wonderful! They squeezed me in the day I had a problem. Throughout my visit, the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was kind and explained his findings thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice. It is above average.
I had a great experience at Family Vision Care. This was my first visit with them. The entire visit was comfortable. The waiting room is warm and inviting. The frames display is not chaotic, with mirrors right where they should be to see how they look when I try them on. Gloria was so kind and very good at what she does. Dr. Ward topped off a great appointment. He was thorough, he answered all my questions without haste. He gave me the time and consideration I was paying for. Thank you Family Vision Center!
I cannot say enough about Family Vision Care's services. I strongly recommend everyone looking for a safe and professional optical staff to come here. I went in after having issues with my new pair of glasses and was awestruck at how quickly the doctor knew what was wrong. That is knowledge at its best. He even completed a new exam to assure he was making an accurate diagnosis. The thoroughness by which all team members communicated and explained the situation to me, answering all my questions, I couldn't be happier with this experience. Have had my doctor for decades now. It might seem like a quiet, tucked away office. But, you will trust and love their services. Please call them. You won't be disappointed.
Nice, friendly staff, we did the exam only, Lisa was very nice and knew what she was doing. I knew Dr Copeland great exam, but if I had to wait over an hour(actually it was over 2 hrs before we left) I gave Dr C the benefit of doubt, short staffed I will not do another visit if I knew it would take that long. Treat people like you want to be treated
and if I was I was over 10 minutes late, I would probably be told we have to reschedule...
I've been a patient at Family Vision Care for years, and while I've generally had good experiences, my recent scheduling interaction was very disappointing. I called specifically to book an appointment for a contact lens fitting, and I made that clear from the start. The scheduler told me she would add a note, but that the fitting would only happen "if there was time," otherwise they would just complete a glasses prescription.
When I asked, "well who could guarantee a contact fitting?", the receptionist simply told me that I could "call around", which left me feeling like my request wasn't being taken seriously -- especially after being a patient for so long.
It doesn't feel reasonable to pay for an exam without knowing that the **primary service I requested** will actually be provided. If a contact fitting requires dedicated time, they should allocate that time and have it properly scheduled, not treated as optional depending on whether the office is running behind. Because of this, I'll be going elsewhere -- somewhere that can offer assurance that the service I request will be honored.
They saw me the day I called. I was the last patient and never felt rushed even in ordering glasses. The Dr listened to me understood my needs and scheduled a follow up visit. I believe it was Yessinia that helped me before the Dr . She was amazing.
Dr Copeland's visits are always pleasant and efficient. Dr Seth is attentive, thorough, and caring! He's a great listener and physician!
Truly a joy to go to his office!
Sincerely,
Randy Cline
5+ for this service! We are always welcomed very warmly, processed competently and made to feel welcome. The services run the gamut of eye health and vision, to advice and help in determining what is best for your particular situation. We enjoy going to have our annual check-up and seeing the staff. Dr. Rick's is always straight forward with what he finds and gives the patient choices appropriate to their condition. We love Dr. Ricks and the competent staff.
