The receptionist were very helpful over the phone. The staff was great upon arrival and I was out of the office in 20 minutes. The optometrist was helpful and understood my concern about increasing my prescription. He allowed me to try two different prescriptions to see which one I preferred. It was a quick and painless exam for contact lenses.

I chose to try to this office after my regular doctor abruptly closed. I am so glad I did! I can't say enough good things about the Dr. and his staff! They are so very kind and knowledgeable! My whole family now goes here for glasses and contacts!

I want to start by saying that Dr. Beus is one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited. He is exceptionally professional, explains everything clearly, and has a very calm, reassuring manner. His care is the reason I continued coming back. However, the front desk experience has been consistently disappointing, particularly with the team members who answer the phones--most notably the lead receptionist. Too often, they sound annoyed to be helping patients, and their tone tends to be short, dismissive, or irritated. The main phone receptionist, in particular, could truly benefit from comprehensive customer service training, especially in phone etiquette. I understand that many businesses respond to reviews by placing blame on the patient, but as someone who has been a patient since day one, it's disheartening to see such a great practice overshadowed by unprofessional and unwelcoming front-desk interactions. A practice as strong as this deserves staff who reflect the same level of care and respect that Dr. Beus provides.

They have been great here. Really like the staff and doctor who are all very kind and helpful.

My second time here, I feel very welcome and comfortable in this area. Looking forward to coming here more.
