I dealt with dry eyes for several years before being referred to Dr. Lundberg. I received a thorough exam and questions were answered. The IPL treatments and advice helped tremendously. Minimal wait time. Professional, personable staff that have been with the office for some time. Receptionists always friendly and there to help as needed. Wonderful staff in optometry who kindly adjust my glasses on drop-in. I highly recommend this office.

I received excellent care and was impressed with the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Lundberg helped me to understand the conditions in my eyes and gave me the necessary information to be an advocate in my own eye healthcare. As someone who requires routine eye exams, this is important to me. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff got me in on time. My original Doctor had retired, so she was replaced with Dr Spearin, and listened to my concerns and needs. Was very impressed in how she had reviewed my history.

My husband had a new prescription for contact lenses in November of 2024 and several infections in his right eye later and several expensive eye drops and it was finally determined that the contact was defective and needed to be remade. What has me feeling like no one has taken ownership of the bottom line ( we were charged $98for replacement of the defective lens) because he was out of the perameter of the three month warranty period. It took Dr Spearin up until 3 weeks ago to acknowledge that the lens was indeed the whole problem causing the infections. We have removed ourselves as patients from Yakima Vision Clinic and have had a very bitter taste left in our mouths!

Dr. Lundberg and her staff went above and beyond for me when I called after my son injured his eye at school. They stayed late without complaint and helped him. It was a Friday and I'm so grateful otherwise we would have to have gone to the ER. They are amazing and friendly and gentle, even with a child in pain.

I have always had a great experience with the staff and the doctors. The people who work in the optical selection area went above and beyond to help me fix my glasses which I had not even purchased through them. I did have to eventually get new glasses but they helped me make it until my new prescription and order was available.

Very friendly, thorough and professional. Minimal wait time. Great staff. Miss Dr. Farmer, but happy for her retirement. Dr. Spearin is a perfect replacement.
