Customer service is terrible. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the person who answered was angry and raised their voice at me. The glasses are expensive; I had a pair made and it's been two weeks and they're still not ready.I had to get new lenses made at another optician's, and they were ready in just 4 days. They still haven't called me back here. I don't recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to the eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making us feel welcomed right away. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which really added to the positive experience. Dr. Ramirez was amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain and educate both me and my son about our vision health, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn't have the chance to check out the lenses they carry, I'm confident that this location offers excellent service. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care!

After a short wait in lobby - (under 10 mins.) went back to exam room- then to see doctor - sort of a pre-exam - then drops in eyes - and light exam started- maybe 20 mins to get thru it-!! Doctor also told me I had a eye infection- big surprise to me- although I had a bit of itch - eye was bothering me a bit- drops were prescribed- and was told if should clear up in 3-5 days! Either drops now my 2nd day already feeling enter! After seeing Dr Kuntz in my 3rd year now- could not think about seeing any other eye doctor........,
