I had an eye issue suddenly arise. Dr Ehlers's team promptly worked me into their schedule. I then received world-class care from everyone in the office which ended with a thorough and easy to understand explanation from Dr Ehlers. I could not be any more pleased with the care that I received

When I first walked in I was very nervous about having cataract surgery. It was literally a piece of cake. I was well cared for from beginning till the end. Dr. Ehlers and his whole staff are very caring and professional and I thank them for giving me perfect vision again and thanks to Yakima Eye Center I don't have to wear glasses anymore except for reading glasses which is not a big deal.

The doctors and staff are incredible! You will not find a nicer group of humans. I had the honor of building their new website and I highly recommend this practice!!

Over the last two years have a number of visits, starting with catarac surgeries, and now for the past 5 months wet AMD requiring injections. Dr Stapleton has been my doctor on both, and he is professional, communicates well, and has a great personality, a plus for a doctor! With all the appointments I have had I have never had to wait long at all, and the receptionists and other staff members here while very busy, are professional in their interactions with me.

This review is on behalf of my mother. This establishment urgently needs significant improvements. I endured a serious issue when they accidentally injected an infection into both of my eyes. I am still dealing with complications from this incident and require ongoing treatment, yet no compensation has been offered. While I understand that mistakes can occur and I appreciate their apology, the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff is unacceptable. Given my medical conditions, I rely heavily on timely communication from healthcare providers. During my last appointment, I was assured someone would call me, but I never received any notification about the absence of doctors that day. I live a considerable distance away and cannot drive, so my husband had to take off work to take me to my appointment. It is unacceptable that no one bothered to inform us about the situation in advance. Action must be taken to rectify these issues. Please do better by your patients this establishment has a lot of potential please don't let it go to waste.

Wait time is to long from 1hr to 1.5 hrs. Front desk Receptionists area are rude, never a greeting or a smile on their faces. Medical staff are great.

I came in with realistic expectations of a doctors office visit. All my expectations were exceeded. Office staff was polite, personable, and professional. Dr Ehlers remind of the doctors before insurance companies ruined the profession. I would recommend this office to all in need.

Dr Rick Ehlers and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are conscientious and caring. They got me in quickly and gave me a comprehensive and very professional exam. Dr Ehlers explained everything so that I could understand and he answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the care I received and I give his office my highest recommendation. Also Dr Ben, my optometrist, showed me how to put in and remove my contacts and was also very good at answering all my questions.
