Can not get anyone to answer me back regarding my daughter's glasses, it's been a month. Her eyes are bothering her and I can't even get them to text or call back. Wanting to get her prescription so I can get glasses elsewhere, So it looks like I'll have to go somewhere else and pay, again! The doctor was very nice and welcoming but the lack of response afterwards is ridiculous. Would also like to add I've been at the office multiple times and they're never open.

My kids had an appointment together October 28th. It is February 19th as of me posting this review. I've heard nothing from the office since. Their glasses have not been received and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the office. I don't know what's going on and I try to be patient and understanding because things happen but to have zero contact and be unable to get glasses they severely need is unacceptable.

Poor service. I've been trying to get in touch with them for one week to get my kids glasses fixed. They came apart twice since we got them. No one is ever in office and no one responds to their text.

My wife ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. The lady was complaining how she had to everything! She said they'll be here in a week typically. 3 weeks later we can't get ahold of anyone or get a call back to confirm anything, I just called 9 times in a row and no answer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND access vision for anything. I'm sorry to leave this kind of review but this is the situation.

I gave this five stars because I have ordered four pairs of glasses from here over the last two years. I experienced no problems with the service or with the glasses. Most recently I ordered a new pair of glasses, and the prescription was filled with a different lens, which was not very clear and they were very gracious to re-order the glasses using a different type of lens and notified me when the glasses were ready. Although I have ordered several pairs of glasses here at this facility, my eye exam with with Dr Gomez was as a new patient. I found him to be very pleasant, he was not rude. He was not short spoken. He took the time to do a complete exam and ask if I had any questions. The reviews that I read do not describe my experience with Access Vision. I will continue using them and I would recommend them.

Where are my son's glasses it's been over a month! This office has been closed non stop the last week. This is ridiculous and even when we came for his appointment nobody was there for 20 mins to let us in.

A week after my daughter's glasses were picked up, she was still having issues with the glasses. We were told to give her more time to adjust. We did. By this point, the glasses were giving her headaches and she couldn't see clearly out of them. The optician said Dr. Gomez told her we could get the lenses remade. We didn't as this didn't make sense since we were not sure if the prescription was wrong. After several phone calls, he finally agreed to see her again to recheck her vision. When he entered the exam room, he seemed to have an attitude towards us. I'm not sure why as I had been more than polite in my conversations with the staff and with him. We explained that my daughter was having trouble seeing when the light was low (as the lights are turned down sometimes at school). He told her to turn a light on. We told him that she was getting headaches when wearing the glasses and he told her to take them off if she had a headache. We asked if we needed to get the lenses remade (as mentioned to us previously) and he said no, because they check to make sure the prescription is correct before given to the patient. (So why were we told this previously??). He had no real interest in trying to help resolve the issues with my daughter's glasses and told us multiple times that we could get a second opinion. So we did! We went to a very professional place called Southern Eye Care Associates. We were treated great and the staff was very professional! We also were told that my daughters prescription was wrong and that's why the glasses were giving her headaches. I had been to Dr. Gomez for myself a couple of times and was pleased, but after the treatment and uncalled for attitude that we received, I will not go back here again. Go to Souther Eye Care Associates if you can!

This place is a joke needs to be shut down had glasses ordered for a month now supposed to be a week for them to come in now no answer no reply or anything should be able to get a refund and go elsewhere but of course no contact with them at all
