My husband and I both bought 2 pairs of glasses, one pair that my husband got broke in the same place 3 times so they finally replaced them, however we both have issues with seeing clearly. I have taken mine back a few times but still having issues. I do not recommend these glasses.

I had 2 pairs of glasses made the same day. One is great and the other makes things look like they are slanting left. I took them back and they told me to go back and see my eyedoctor. I refused to leave until they fixed the problem. They had to send the glasses to their main office to have new lenses put in. Problem Not fixed.

I went to the beckley store this evening to pick up some lenses cleaner, there was another customer working with a associate and no one else in the store, I wanted to get that cleaner and kept waiting and waiting while they kept talking and laughing about places they have been, and about hunting and so on, while I was waiting to get my stuff, she never said anything to me, just kept ignoring me, I I asked how much, left the money on the counter and left. I certainly won't be back there. Good help is hard to find. What ashame, so rude

Bought two pairs of glasses. They were very fast and nice. The next day not even a full 24 hours and the nose piece falls off of one. No big deal I take it in to get it replaced and the girl Leanne chips a lens. I didn't notice until I get back to work, and when I call she's rude about it. I take them back after work im waited on by another rude girl that tells me they'll fix it this time but if anything else happens ill have to buy a whole new pair. I don't recommend asking for anything from these people.
TLDR Rude staff but fast glasses.
