I had a great experience with all the staff Very courteous associates at the front desk. DR Griffith and his staff were very knowledgeable ,compassionate and most of all caring . He gave me options for my treatment. I choose what I thought was best for me. I never felt rushed or he was in a hurry. It was a great experience. I have every confidence in tDr Griffith and Staff.

I was very happy with Dr. Griffith and all of the staff. The waiting time was a little long but I enjoyed speaking with some of the other patients that were also waiting. Everything was very nice, clean and professional. I will come back later to have cataract surgery.

WV Eye Consultants is a very nice place to go for your eye care needs The staff from the receptionists all the way up to the physician are always very kind and helpful with anything you need. The ladies who fit you for your glasses are very helpful and know what looks good on you. That is very helpful because finding the right glasses and fit is not always easy.

I did not have a regular appointment, but was worked in very quickly. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Dr. was friendly and seemed efficient with the exam..I was well pleased.

My experience was fantastic. I received a very thorough eye exam before my laser treatment. The laser procedure was totally painless and so well worth doing. It has been a long time since I have been able to see this clearly. Staff was wonderful.

I had bilateral cataract surgery. I have had nothing but issues with the one eye. It has been two months and I am still using eye drops frequently every day. Yesterday I had my 3rd post op appointment. I had a 2 pm appointment and I was brought back promptly. The nurse said the doctor would be in shortly. I could hear her bringing back several more patients after me, filling up every room. I then hear the doctor going room to room except for mine. At one point the room next to me emptied out and it was quickly refilled with yet another patient? I hear the doctor go into that room to see the patient who was just brought back while I have now been waiting for 40 minutes! Within the 40 minutes he saw five patients before me? I finally had enough. I heard the nurse say she was looking for an open room? With that I opened my door and said they can have mine because I am leaving. The doctor overheard me and said I coming in to see you next? No he wasn't . He was standing there with yet another patients chart in his hand. Mine was still in the hanger. I let him know that I was in this exam room before the nurse started filling up every room and no excuse. His excuse was he takes patients by appointment times? My appointment was at 2 pm and I was the first patient put in a room, nice try. I then get the excuse he is doing his best. He said he is overbooked because he is going on vacation next week. Not my problem. I know the medical business so these were all lame excuses on his part. My background is 24 years as a RN specializing in emergency medicine. Trust me I know a hectic schedule and patient load. I also know when to own up to my mistakes and apologize for it. I expected better from this doctor and his staff. I am left feeling lied to and this office is more about moving patients in and out quickly after running multiple repetitive tests.

Everyone I interacted with in this office was phenomenal. They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I felt like Dr. Griffith truly listened to me and he was able to figure out the root cause of my vision issues that no other doctor or specialist had even bothered to check.

The best experience, everyone was great, I walked away feeling good , for they all explained what they were doing..I just wished that they were closer to where I live . I give them a 10..
