Eyecare One

I just moved here from North Carolina 2 months ago . I advise the ladies in the front that myself and son had Medicaid gave her the insurance card and the paper ingot from dhss she said yes we take it and scheduled the appointments for 9/9-09/10/25 now we get here for the appointment and now they don't take it or claim they never take it . When I asked her why would she schedule me herself the point she lies and tells me she didn't do it , when i described the day and everyone positions as the day I came in they was about to take lunch that day . She then gets an attitude when I asked her for the manager name she goes and says there no manager here . Then I asked who runs the clinic she refuses to give me a name or number just writes someone name down . It's a simple fact that you called me to verify his appointment, but don't verify again his insurance prior to his appointment then you personally took the information down the day I came physically into the clinic is scheduled the appointment and then you don't even offer or even direct me to one what the out-of-pocket cost was so I can still have MY SON be seen It's very unprofessional that you didn't do your job correctly especially verifying insurance is prior to appointments especially when you're calling the day before this could've all been avoided months ago if you would've just paid attention to the insurance card for saying that you don't take the Pacific insurance, but you physically held a card in the paper that I gave to you

This makes two Time's my glasses have broke. First time getting glasses from them I think. The service is good but the quality of the glasses suck. Mind you both pairs have broke in the same spot on the same side and everything. Both pairs that broke I wasn't even touching them they just broke by themselves! They only last me about 3 or 3/and half months is the longest I have gotten out of these glasses. The picture below is the pair that just broke on me last night, and I wasn't even touching them. My sister's glasses have even done the same. Just disappointed in the glasses. That's my only issue here. Edit: I am getting a different pair and the workers said that they see people all the time bring these green glasses back. So do not get these green glasses if you see them. Pick out a different pair.

My kids & I love coming to eye care one. Tracy is amazing with my kiddos! She is the sweetest person i know! It's So welcoming walking in to see smiling, friendly faces! Anytime i call, Tracy answers right away and helps me with whatever i need. We will never go anywhere else! Tracy is the best in our eyes

This is my very favorite eye care place! The entire a staff is professional but friendly and personable. They are very helpful with everything from billing and appointments to adjusting my glasses after I want on them! Tracy has been there since I started going there like 15 years ago and she feels like a bff as soon as I walk in the door. My prescriptions have always been spot on as well! I recommend this place to all!

Finally got around to getting an updated eye exam and couldn't have had a better experience. Tracy assisted me and was phenomenal. I get really bad nerves when things are close to my eyes and she made the process so much easier on me. Everything from the exam to ordering glasses. She is such a sweet helpful person. I highly recommend going to Eye Care One.

I recently visited Eye Care One after months of ongoing headaches, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tracy, one of the receptionists, greeted me the second I walked in. They found some issues with my optic nerve and I was referred to a second ophthalmologist to confirm the drs diagnosis. I have never had eye sight trouble before but Tracy's patience and taking the time to explain all the procedures and details really calmed my nerves. She took the time to ensure that I understood everything, and answered all my questions, even ones I repeated. I highly recommend this place not just for the quality of their eye care, but for the wonderful service provided by Tracy and the rest of this amazing team. They really go above and beyond!

This has been my primary provider for anything eye related for many years and I can say without a doubt Tracy is the sweetest most caring person I've encountered in a very long while. Always happy with her and the service I receive here. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been going to eye care on for years. They are very concerned about making certain your needs are met. Very attentive. Tracy is the best! She always helps choose a frame that is complimentary. Such a great staff!
