I don't have insurance so I was given a very good price for my eye exam. The Dr was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have to admit he convinced to shop locally for my glasses, so I bought my glasses from there also. They came in about a week. Very happy with my experience.

The doctors and staff upstairs here deserve a 5 star rating always. They are consistently nice and interactive with their patients. However, after getting my exam and going downstairs to pick out new glasses, I was unimpressed with the attitude and lack of feeling like they wanted to help.

Have been a patient of Beckley Vision Center for years. Had an emergency and Dr. Mark called me back after 9 pm and saw me first thing the next morning without an appointment. Did not rush me out at all. Took time to deal with my emergency even though he had patients scheduled. All the employees were very friendly and helpful even though I was adding extra work to their busy day. Would highly recommend them for any eye care needs!

Beckley Vision is awesome! That is literally how to describe the experience from upstairs at the exam to downstairs getting glasses! Dr Holiday is great, he knows how to get your Vision straight the first try, he is patient and he takes a minute to talk to you and make you feel welcome! Then, picking out your glasses is a good experience. The ladies are so helpful with getting you in glasses that you will be happy with! I have been going here for more than a few years and definitely recommend it!!!

Dr. Mark Holliday is an excellent doctor. I have no right peripheral vision in either eye as a result of a stroke. My prescription requires a prism. Dr. Holliday spent almost an hour examining my eyes. Unlike other doctors I've seen, he was so thorough and did not rely on staff members to conduct testing. I'm so excited to get new glasses and hopefully will get them in a few days!
