I not only had a great experience with the eye doctor and his detailed explanations into the health of my eyes, but Trina provided expert help in finding and fitting me with three new pairs of glasses: regular wear, sun wear, and computer/work glasses. All were stylish and arrived in only eight days, providing improved sight and stylish looks. Couldn't be happier!

My appointment was a wonderful experience, Tessa, Megan, Christie, and Dr. Kress were the wonderful people that helped me with everything and got me set up with my first new glasses. It's so good to be able to see correctly again. You all are great and I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you all!

This was the 1st time my son had an appointment at the Bridgeport office. Tessa was very helpful in getting him in quickly! He had a great experience, everyone that worked with him was polite and made sure he understood what was going on.

The staff here are so sweet and kind. I was looking for a frame for one of my patients, and they didnt hesitate to help, even during the busiest time of the season. #oneteam

I always have a hard time finding glasses that fit my son. I did not have an appointment, just walked in and I know how annoying that can be I was just desperate as my son cannot see without glasses. Carla was extremely helpful, sweet, and was able to find him the perfect pair of glasses! She had a great attitude that was genuine. Super appreciated her help, and highly recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years! Tessa was extremely friendly and knows how to run the front desk! Megan was kind and got my info quickly, and Christie was very efficient on getting my contacts ordered and processed! Dr. Rob Kress saw me very quickly and I was out of there quickly!

Not happy at all. Our current eye doctor no longer takes our insurance for glasses so we went to My Eye Doctor in Bridgeport. They seemed to know what they were doing, but when we went to pick up the glasses, the Oakley sunglasses weren't fitting right. Instead of sending them directly to Oakley, they had sent them to "their" lens makers. Had to pay additional to have them sent back to Oakley (which did them correctly). Paid them in full for all services. Now we get a bill for an additional $100. They never mentioned that there might be additional charges. And when I tried calling, it sent me to a call center somewhere outside the US. Easier to pay it than fight it, but would certainly not recommend this place.
