My husband has never gone to any other eye care establishment besides Dr. Murray, Groves, & Barnes , which is now Precision Eye Care. He has been a patient there since the late 70s. His last appointment he had to cancel as he was called out to work - he is a substitute teacher. When he tried to reschedule he was told that he would be better off being put on a waiting list due to scheduling patients was so far out into the future. Now, months later without a call, he is out of contacts, his glasses are from a two or three year old prescription, and when he called he was told it could be as long as four months before they could work him in! When he told the receptionist he was out of contacts he was told "I'm sorry!" I'm glad to see that new patients are being treated so well, but it is bad for business to treat your established patients so poorly. We have always spoke highly of the care we've gotten there, but that certainly won't happen any more!

Their office got me in very quickly for an emergent need, AND during a holiday week! Staff were very friendly and the office was very clean. Dr. Barnes was very kind and I felt like he asked questions I wouldn't have thought of. Will be returning if needed!

Today was an appointment for my son Luke. His eyes are young, yet he has complained of blurred vision from time to time. Dr Barnes is so gentle and caring. Luke will get new glasses and hopefully have less issues in class and less headaches.

I have had my daughter at this office 2 years in a row, having her 3rd visit coming up and loved it from the first time with her. I chose this office for myself for the reasons of caring and compassionate doctors and staff along with the sufficiency of their work! I have no insurance but they did everything to make the visit affordable! I would absolutely recommend this eye care office to anyone needing a place to go!! Thank you all so much!!
