Doctor seem nice. The schedule is 5 min late you lose appointments. I came in 6 min late, I was forced to reschedule two weeks later! Most appointments allow 15 min flexibility. Not worth coming here in a small town where people live far away. Suggest finding other place.

I've had a couple of appointments with Dr Koski and found her to be very competent, helpful and pleasant.

Was recommended to go to the office up the street from me that you have to wait months to get a appointment. I needed a glasses and contacts. Summer break is about to start, so I drove 30mins away to see her, without filling the little room with 3 kids 3-10 yrs old. They didn't have a sample of my contacts so they order them and a 6 month supply, they didn't give me the sample only the 6 month supply then walked in the back. My husband, 3 kids and I can find a new place.

The eye doctors are the only reason I gave 2 stars. They get the job done, have no issues there. But the other side where you pick out your glasses and pick up orders, never again!!! Drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Frederick. The difference is night and day! Rude and condescending employees, constant mistakes, without a refund or apology, are enough for me to go 20 minutes out of my way!

I would leave zero stars if this would let me. I have been going to Allegheny Optical now Myeyedr since the early 2000's. I had an issue with my eye and was scheduled an appt with Elizabeth Koski. She was rude abrupt and never even offered me a reason for the issue I was having with my eye.I was literally in her office less than 5 minutes. She offered to prescribe me drops that could interfere with my heart condition and when I pointed that out, she didn't check to see if I could have them or an alternative, she just said "she didn't know" I could have diagnosed myself better with a magic 8 ball! She did however graciously accept my co-pay and my insurance companies payment. Thankfully I have a good MD who was able to help me out. Save yourself time and money and do not see her.

Efficient office and staff ready to meet your needs and always ready to answer questions you may have. I have always felt comfortable with prescriptive eye care for both glasses and contact lenses. Thorough exam and kind manner.

Doesn't accept patients under 5. I have been here myself for the past 4 years and now will be looking elsewhere that can accommodate my whole family.

I'll keep it simple. Appointment was for 10:00 am. Wasn't seen until 10:40 am. I wasn't the only one in that boat. Otherwise the optometrist and staff were nice and helpful. The service was on point.
