I went to this practice for assistance with an eye issue, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating with me. I was able to schedule an appointment on extremely short notice the day before the appointment date and it was no issue to do so. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and it made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Moore was very personable and had the demeanor of someone who has known you your whole life, despite meeting him for the first time. Dr. Moore was able to quickly diagnose what my eye issue was and treat it immediately. Altogether, my appointment lasted no longer than 15 minutes, and I left the practice extremely happy with the care I received. I will definitely be recommending this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Moore has been my eye doctor since I began wearing glasses at age 5. He is mild mannered and informative, very patient with questions. He knows I have a hard time taking eye drops and is always respectful and patient when administering them. The office has maintained my records consistently over the years, even with multiple years between some exams. At my most recent exam I was overcharged, but Lisa reached out within an hour of my appointment and notified me that the refund would be on its way. I hadn't even realized this mistake myself; I thought it was standard operating procedures for my new vision insurance. I would not have known otherwise if she had not reached out. The office staff has changed over the years but have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I always recommend Dr. Moore, but I am unsure if the office accepts public vision insurance.

I have been a patient here for over five years. Dr. Moore is a very knowledgeable optometrist who runs his practice with utmost professionalism. All my lenses were always well prescribed. The frame shop is also well managed. Keith was able to help me pick out a great set of frames which did not break the bank.

All 3 stars go to Dr Lee himself. Great professional and awesome with my little girls. However his office staff lack knowledge needed to deal with insurance and billing. I was told my eye insurance was accepted but then they billed their visit to my health insurance, and the explanation from the lady in charge of billing is that I was given the wrong information when I called to schedule their appointment in the first place. -3 customers already.

I relocated here from North Carolina about six years, and was referred by a friend to Dr. Moore. I have really horrible astigmatism, farsightedness, and lazy eye. I even tried another optometrist and was not happy. Dr. Moore is very thorough with his work and detailed oriented. The optical shop is super helpful and will assist in finding the perfect pair of frames. Highly recommended!

I really like Dr. Moore and his staff. They fixed my glasses I didn't even buy them there. I started to get my exams with Dr. Moore and eeryone is so nuce. I bought great Jimmy Choo eye glasses that have held up beautifully for more than 2 years.

I have been going to Dr. Moore since I began wearing glasses.I think he is an excellent Dr. who explains things well. He also will take the time to answer any questions you have. Dr. Moore is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Great practice..Saved a lot of money from his Miobe advice.
