I would not recommend Dr Singh for cataract surgery or anything else. I was told in the beginning that I would have to pay $1800 up front per eye for the doctor to use the laser to do the surgery. I was also told they would submit that $1800 to my insurance company which they did not and the insurance does not reimburse you for that charge. That was on top of what the surgery cost. Everything i would ask Dr Singh about after my surgeries Dr Singh had an excuse. Dr Singh told me that he would fix my astigmatism and that i would only need glasses to read, both of which did not happen. I still have my astigmatism but my vision is worse now than it was prior to my surgeries. I would not recommend Dr Singh for any kind of eye surgery because he doesn't do what he tells you he is going to do, but he has an excuse for everything. If you have $3600 to throw away for laser eye surgery and there not to be any improvement in your vision than Dr Singh is your man. There is so much more i could say about Dr Singh and his office but I am going to stop here. If you are smart you would stay far away from Dr Singhs office.

Five Stars and I would give Six Stars. I am so very grateful to Dr. Singh and his staff. Dr. Singh's calm and quiet voice, along with his experience and the impressive diplomas on the wall, comforted me as I was very frightened due to an acute eye issue. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days for a very thorough exam. Even though that office is out of network with my insurance, I was very, very happy just to pay cash for my exam. The diagnosis, treatment plan, and the reassurance was worth gold.

Well, I must say that it was hard to hear that I was going to have to have Cataract Surgery on my eye. The first thing that came to mind was not my eyes. The thought of it was mind boggling. I proceeded to do some research and when it came up in conversation I learned that there was one name that kept coming up for a Dr. In this area, Dr. Singh. Once i met him and his team, they educated me on the process and my options, making me feel much better about my decision to proceed. My procedure was done locally and in short it was the best decision i have made in a long time and it was a success. It was all in my head. I recommend Dr. Singh.

Dr. Singh guided me through the process of cataract surgery. I opted for laser surgery and although I was nervous, he was very reassuring and the procedure went exactly as he said it would...painless and I could immediately see again! He has a very gentle demeanor which I find calming. His staff is top notch. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Singh is very friendly and clear about when cataract surgery is helpful. His use of laser surgery made the cataract removal quick and painless. His office staff is friendly and helpful.

I could not be more satisfied with the results of my recent cataract surgery performed by Dr Singh. I have found him to be both an outstanding clinician and a caring individual who takes the time to communicate with patients in a way that engenders friendship and confidence. His entire office staff is also excellent and a joy to deal with. This is the place to go if you need ophthalmic care and live in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia or the surrounding area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for at least fifteen years. He is an amazing professional. Experienced, communicative, knowledgable and personable, to name just a few of his traits. His office staff is top shelf. Great people. I have just had my second eye cataract surgery (laser) completed. I could not be happier. I wish I would have had it done years ago. Several years ago we were referred to Dr. Singh after a visit to the ER for my husband who had injured his eye. At the time we found Dr. Singh to be very thorough and have continued to see him. Since that time I've had cataract surgery and recently my husband had his cataracts removed - both of these surgeries were very successful. We have found that Dr. Singh answers all questions completely and in layman's terms. He takes as much time with patients as needed, therefore, you may have to wait a little while prior to your appointment. Know that he will spend as much time with you for your exam, answering all your questions too.
