Every person I came in contact with was so nice and helpful! The doc is amazing he showed me a lot of things I didn't know about my eyes! I definitely recommend going here

Dr. Gresak is a highly skilled and knowledgeable OD who provides excellent care for his patients. The staff is likewise outstanding and very helpful. Barb, in particular, deserves a shout out for keeping my glasses in prime condition!!!

Extremely friendly atmosphere everybody makes you feel welcomed. Great sense of humor, really works well and understands what the patient is in need of an assist in location of items that best fit client style. Each member of the team was very welcoming and specialized in their specific field and area within the shop.

Staff here is wonderful. I get in and out of appointments quick and they are easy to schedule with. Liz fixed my husbands glasses quick today and cleaned them up. I was on the phone making another appointment and was unable to hank her properly. Thanks Liz! Very friendly and professional.

A coworker had recommended Family Vision Clinic to me when I mentioned that I was having trouble finding an optometrist that would take my insurance. It's a small office, but the staff were very personable and professional; and the office hours made it easy to schedule an appointment ( they're open til 7pm on Thursdays). Joe helped me get the most out of my insurance when selecting a new frame and lenses and gave aesthetic opinions when I asked. I hadn't worn contacts in 4-5 years so Dr. Gresak game me nearly a week's worth of disposables so that I could trial them for comfort. The secretary was very hospitable as well; it's easy to see that everyone enjoys their work. My only critique would be the cost of frames. None of the frames I tried were priced under $200.00. That said, I could have shopped around for frames online, but opted to spend more for a frame I knew I would love. Great experience!

I absolutely ADORE this whole team! We have been in Morgantown for some medical issues and they were able to get me right in and I must say, this was the best eye exam and treatment I have received in 40 years!! I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed in their glasses selection either! Top notch all the way around! Joey is a Rockstar!

I had a horrible experience with them! If i were you i wouldn't go there. I am still struggling to get my daughter's and my glasses done. And we had our eye exams there last Oct. They got both mine and my daughter's lenses wrong. They said they would fix it. I asked a couple times. They gave me all these excuses like the lab is moving, the chosen frame is too small, and of course then it was the holiday season. I waited till after new years, but my daughter's glasses still sat in their office. I wanted to return the glasses since they could not fix the problem, but they would not let me do that either. I asked to speak to their supervisor, they said she is very sick and could not talk to me. Then they promised they would fix our glasses in 2 weeks. That was 1/16, and today is 2/11. I called them last Thursday; they said they have not heard anything from the lab. They promised they would call me in 2 days. Have not heard from them since then. Not only did they do a bad job, but they lied about everything in my case. They know i am helpless here, so they took advantage of me. My daughter's glasses are as thick as the bottom of a bottle. When i asked the lady whether she would let her daughter wear those glasses to high school, she answered " my daughter wears contacts". She knows very well my daughter cannot wear contacts due to her eye condition. How mean and unprofessional was that answer?!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! The staff were very personable and friendly and go above and beyond to help you with all your eye care needs! Dr. Gresak gave me the best eye examination I have ever had and explained everything to me in great detail. The frame selection they have is one of the best I have every been to with a lot of designer frames! I also found a pair of sunglasses and received a nice discount at a very affordable price! Would highly recommend this eyecare practice to anyone!
