Absolutely awful. Honestly, don't waste your time.
Front desk staff didn't bother to tell me my insurance wasn't currently accepted when I scheduled the appointment two weeks ago; she told me my copay would be 50 or something. She waited until I arrived for my appointment on Saturday to let me know that wasn't true. It's even more confusing because Dr. Alpino is literally listed as in network on the insurance website. Promised to call me Monday to update me. Shocker - no call.

I had my eye doctor appointment done somewhere else and decided to buy my glasses at Walmart. The people at this vision center messed up prescription not once, but twice. I went back and forth to my eye doctor and the vision center multiple times to get this fixed and this vision center only wanted to play the blame game and say it was the doctor's fault. They also gave me false information about the axis of my prescription. Would not recommend going here. If you are in Morgantown, go to the Walmart Vision Center off of Route 119.

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment and was running a few minutes behind. I called to let them know and that I would arrive within a few minutes. They wouldn't wait and said they would have to reschedule. I said "no thank you." If you can't even wait a few minutes or give a grace period and if this is the service I can expect then I will take my business elsewhere. Definitely NOT recommend!

Staff went above and beyond to help me after I told them about my nightmare experience with the Sam's Club Optical Center next-door! They checked every frame I tried on to see if it fit my face properly. They also measured my pupils unlike Sam's! (Didn't get an exam, so I can't review for that. Just gave them my prescription and ordered glasses.)

Dr. wing lame you're the same gloves for me in person before me never changed wash them and put my contacts in her self, there was an insurance problem said that it wasn't acceptable or something like that and was on the phone for 20 minutes finally got it excepted my co-pay was $75 shouldn't have been anything at all. NEVER COMING BACK!

I broke the arm on my glasses and was told they could not put my lenses into new frames that it was illegal and unless I had a hard copy of my prescription they couldn't do anything.
