I'm a physician from Atlanta and moved back home to WV. I needed my yearly eye exam. Dr. Esposito was incredible. Strong knowledge base and years of experience. Extremely professional.She has an awesome bedside and Infectious laugh. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I strongly recommend them. The eyeglass sales folks were equally incredible. Friendly, skilled and the prices cannot be beat.

Very pleased with my visit with Dr. Esposito. It was inexpensive, quick, clean, and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met! I felt like a valued patient, not just another client. Also when I called the vision/glasses center with a problem ordering lenses, Parker went out of his way to find out where and how to send my contact prescription and did so with a very happy and friendly attitude. I always commend the small but important customer service tactics because they are fading traditions, but the most important.

Writing this as I'm sitting in the waiting room for Dr Esposito because I have to re-do an exam that they messed up on the first time. My appointment time was 4:45 so I had to leave work early and lose pay so I could sit in this chair until well past 5:20. I was told there was no way to get an appointment after 5pm, yet here I sit as someone who came in after I did gets seen before me. Not a great experience this time around. If you do come here, get Dr Hannah if you can, I've never had a bad experience with her.

Wonderful experience. Had been expericing some eye irritation attended my appointment come to find out had a shard of metal in the eye. Service was provided promptly and effectively by the doctor and everything was resolved. Follow up care by the doctor was considerate and thoughtful.
