I was with an individual at his appointment. The care here is awesome. The one complaint we had was sitting in the room while the resident typed his notes. We sat there for 25 minutes with no verbal comments at all. Sitting there watching him type. A lot of our time wasted. There has to be a better system where the resident can enter his notes.

I would love to give this place 5 stars. I love all of the staff. But the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. You end up seeing 5 different people before the dr and are there for up to 3 hours. RIDICULOUS

Cannot rave enough about this location - staff is great, check in process almost always flawless, clean, and everyone is so happy to help you. Dr Bradley Thuro is amazing! His bedside manner, his professionalism, and for me and my million questions he is so patient when he so willingly empathetically answers and puts my mind to ease. If all doctors could be like him!

my son goes here just for a routine check up they make sure to charge my copay and run an extra $360 charge on top of copay because the dr is looking in his eye which is what the appt is for. but he codes it under diagnostic testing because he knows insurance will only pay a certain percent. they're just looking for money. find another drs office that can do the same thing for a better price.

My daughter Noel and Grandson both go to the Eye Institute here in Morgantown. It's connected to the Physician's Building via walk way inside the hospital. Especially handy when weather outside is bad
The staff here is very nice. The common areas are always so clean. I love this lobby area with all the greenery and trees, it's like you are in a peaceful jungle.
We were able to see doctor and make appointment for next month. Nice department if you are in need.

Had cataract removed here and have no complaints. When I went to make up follow up a year later for glasses I was told they don't bill insurance for exams and glasses and an exam would be 200$. Bye WVU eye institute. Will never go back.

While I have the highest praise for the doctors and staff, the office scheduling is something to be desired. I have been waiting to see a doctor for the last two and a half hours. Are they overbooking? If they have such a great volume of patience to see, perhaps the administration should consider highering more doctors! This is tarnishing all the great work the current doctors are doing.
