Baraboo Eye Clinic - Dr. Paul Webb OD (Baraboo Office)

Dr. Paul Webb was incredible with our 7 year old at his first eye exam. He was kind, engaging, knowledgeable and he spoke in terms we both could understand. We look forward to seeing him again!

We were on vacation from out of state when my husband lost his contact while swimming. We called into Dr. Webbs clinic and Jessica was so helpful and was able to give us a trial to get him through vacation. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Dr Webb is an excellent eye doctor, efficient caring and informative. A very relaxed environment and easy to complete appointment from start to finish. Cheryl and Savanna were very kind and helpful during my appointment. Convenient location inside Walmart.

Dr Webb is great! I have never had an eye doctor explain to me what they were doing and why. I appreciated his knowledge and kindness. I would recommend him to family and friends!

Excellent care! My 12 yr old son saw Dr. Webb for his annual eye exam and a contact lens evaluation. Great experience all around. The equipment used seemed newer than what we had at a local clinic (HMO) with technology not requiring pupils to be dilated! (Never had that option at "the other place") Staff is always friendly. I'll admit I was hesitant due to being in Walmart but am so glad we have it a try. We'll all be seeing Dr. Webb!

After a long wait I went to this Walmart in July of 2020, hoping for the best and found it. His name is Dr Paul Webb. I had recently moved to the area and needed a new optometrist and he was the only one I could get in to see. Thank God. During this pandemic his office at least put you on a list for when he reopened for business. After a month they called to make sure I still wanted an appointment, and to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about me. After another month, they called and told me they were starting to go down the list. Finally after another week or so, I was given an appointment in July. The staff was friendly, and professional taking every precaution possible,due to the pandemic, to protect themselves and everybody there. Even having me watch them sterilize the equipment, so I had no doubts as to my safety. My old optometrist had told me for two years that I just needed new stronger glasses every few months. Dr Webb refuse to even finish the exam for a prescription saying,glasses wouldn't do any good, because I had extremely fast growing cataracts and told me I needed surgery as soon as possible on both eyes. I was stunned. When I told him I was newly retired,on a very limited fixed income, and without medical insurance. He used the rest of my appointment time to look up on his computer the numbers I needed to get Medicaid. Saying it was no trouble he had just gone through the same thing with his own mother. He didn't stop there. Next he looked up and wrote down the names,and phone numbers of three different eye clinics, in three different citys,around the rural area where I live, so I had options. Then he gave me an open referral that would get me into any one of them, and even took the time to tell me what he knew about each one. It's a year later, I'm now on Medicaid,which totally paid for both surgeries, and I can see WITHOUT glasses for the first time in my life. Without this chance meeting and the care and time he took to help me, I believe I'd be blind right now. I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. If you want someone you can trust to put your needs before his own,and to take the time to do everything possible to help you, Dr Paul Webb is the man. Thank you again, Sincerely, Michelle Starcher

I was on vacation and had an issue that needed prompt attention. Dr. Webb saw me within one day, answered all my questions and could not have been more friendly, kind, and empathetic.
