The staff at Shopko Optical in Baraboo was awesome! Checking in and getting the exam done was quick and efficient. Galen offered great customer service for picking out glasses and confirming the order.

Despite it being an obviously stressful day with computer issues and the doctor being out sick, Jess was still so kind and wonderful. My appointment went smoothly and I was able to find a set of glasses that fit nicely and were very reasonably priced. The reason for my 3 star review is our experience when picking up our glasses. My husband had an appointment just before mine and we ordered our glasses at the same time. At pickup, my glasses were perfectly fine. However, my husband immediately knew something was off with his. As soon as he put them on, he could tell the lenses were not properly aligned. He tried to explain this to Julie, but she had a very dismissive "oh well" attitude, as if she could not be bothered. She told him he had 30 days to come back and that they want their customers to be happy, which he was very clearly not at that moment. She suggested he try wearing them first thing in the morning to see if that helped, and we left. He ended up having to go back the next day, and sure enough, he was right and his lenses did need adjustments. If he had been listened to initially, he would not have had to take time out of his day to make a second trip just to be heard and get the issue fixed.

Wonderful experience at Shopko Optical with Dr. Adams and Tech. Ivan! I brought my son, who's on the autism spectrum, in for an eye exam, and both Dr. Adams and the technician, Ivan, were absolutely fantastic. They took their time with him, explained every step in a calm and patient way, and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit. It's not always easy finding providers who truly get how to approach kids with special needs, but these two went above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. I left feeling so grateful and my son left smiling, which says it all. Highly recommend!

I went to this location for my first eye exam in over 5 years. Ivan was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process, making sure I understood what was happening and why it was happening. He answered every question I had thoroughly and even helped me pick out which glasses would look best for my face shape and preferences. This was a "tell-doc" type of appointment which I was skeptical of at first. Ivan partnered with the tele doctor and made this a seamless appointment. I felt very well taken care of. I 100% recommend this location, and you're lucky if you get Ivan to help you!!

Julie and Dr. Adams were so fantastic! They were extremely friendly and very efficient. I had such a great time, and my exam was so easy with Dr. Adams. Julie was very helpful, so I decided to get some sunglasses as well. Best experience I have had getting glasses. 10/10

My experience with Shopko optical in Baraboo was excellent! My appointment was right on time and Julie was very helpful and answered all my questions for insurance and pricing. She is very personable. The Dr took time to explain things about my eyes and my new prescription. Wonderful experience overall.

First time ever going here. I would highly recommend them . They are very friendly and I thought the appointment went quick but they made sure to cover everything and asked if I had any questions. Four stars all around. Jess was extremely kind and helpful

this location is amazing! jess was very very kind and informative and knowledgeable. she spent a lot of time helping me with the best solution for new glasses. all the employees were welcoming and the gentleman who did my eye exam made me feel comfortable and confident in my new prescription. thank you everyone!! :)
