This was for a periodic eye exam. I did not have to wait. All conversations were very professional. I felt I got the best care possible. Their on-line pre-check minimized the day-of form filling. (I was asked to fill in a short paper form at the visit, which I thought was redundant, given that I completed everything online already.)

The doctors here were great - especially Dr. Denius - who is an absolute pleasure to work with!
However, the woman who does the glasses ordering- (I think her name is Pauline) -
unfortunately I didn't get here name, is EXTREMELY unpleasant to work with!! Very disappointing- save your energy and go to a different office to get glasses!
