Dr. Church was excellent, very good service, communication and very professional. Micah the manager helped me and listened to my needs and concerns regarding vision. When I had problems with my glasses they got me in ASAP and explained what the problem was and found the solution. When I got glasses at vision mart I had nothing but problems there, those glasses were so bad they caused me to get into a car accident. If anyone needs glasses I highly recommend you come to Wisconsin Vision instead for your vision needs.

My husband and I both had eye exams here, and the dr on staff is super nice, very knowledgeable and experienced. The ladies working there gave us a nice explanation of the options available, and there are a nice selection of glasses frames. Happy to have a place covered by our insurance so close to home.

Dr Church was very caring and very thorough in his exams. Highly recommend Dr Church! My next stop was picking out frames. Carreen was excellent in helping me choose the right frames. She knew exactly what looked good on me. When we finally got it down to two pair, I couldn't help but have one as my everyday glasses and one made into sunglasses! Carreen went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied and was very helpful in suggesting various lens options.

The doctor and Jahlen were both super nice and professional. I can't say enough good things about Jahlen -- from the moment I stepped up to the counter, he treated each moment with care. He was the only one to greet me and rather than feeling like I was just another customer, he made me feel like I was important and mattered. It's rare to see that sort of service; whatever he's being paid, it should be doubled. Jahlen even went out of his way to help me choose glasses, which I was at first apprehensive to (only because I am an introvert), but due to his personable and friendly demeanor, he quickly made me feel reassured that he was going to be honest and beyond helpful with my selection. He has an amazing eye for what suits people, and I love that instead of just agreeing with every frame, he would take a moment to truly analyze everything -- from the shape of the frames to what percentage the actual eyeglass lenses covered my face. The level of care, personability, and professionalism he puts into work is something every boss should strive for with their employee, and I hope Jahlen's boss knows how lucky they are to have such a great employee. In the end, I found a pair of glasses that were perfect for me, and I even bought a pair of sunglasses (that he again selected and perfected for me) because of him -- which, truly, I wouldn't have gotten if it weren't for his excellent eye and salesmanship. I'm not an actual customer with this location but I had walked in today because I have a pair of glasses I bought online that I barely ever wear because they always fall off my face! I walked in asked if there was any way they could adjust them for me. Melina helped me right away and made sure that the fit of the glasses worked for me multiple times, ensuring I was happy with them. She was so kind and helpful I can't thank her enough!

Sam, Andrea and Jahlen are miracle workers! I had an extremely urgent need for a very unique high refraction glasses on a holiday weekend. No other agency was able to get them done in less than 3-4 weeks. Wisconsin Vision kindly coordinated every important detail with my optometrist, called their in house local Wisconsin owned and operated lab and rush manufactured an incredible pair of glasses within 2 days. Simply unreal kindness and level of service. They have my business for life, and they should have yours as well
