Dr. Wagner is the BEST eye doctor. I've been coming to him since I was an adolescent. Iris and the rest of his team are absolutely amazing. So much knowledge and very helpful kind people. I don't live in the city or even the surrounding areas and I travel an hour away and I'd never leave him! This is the place you should be going for eye exams and fly eyewear. He's also reasonably priced and he tells it like it is. There's simply no one better.

Dr. Wagner is great, but the staff is iffy. Their girl who checked me in initially was nice, but whoever I talked to on the phone with a follow up question was not friendly at all and speaks to you like you're a hassle when the ask was simple. I still haven't gotten the answer to my question. I don't think I'll go back.

I went in there for work related safety glasses the doctor was awesome. However the girl that fit my glasses did not move the nose Bridge consequently the progressive lens was ground too high. The doctor said I had a relatively large change in my prescription when I tried to wear these glasses I just couldn't and I thought it was due to the prescription change. When I went back to try to get some resolution to the problem I was told that because it was a third party that made the glasses they would not help me even though they fit the glasses to my eyes.

Dr Wagner is great. I appreciate his attention to detail. However his office is not good. They tell me they call (more than once) to let me know my contacts came in and there is no message nor missed call. Then I go to pick up my contacts and they charge me when I was told my insurance would cover. This has happened more than once. I'm done with this office. So frustrating!!!!

Easter hours: Our office will be closed Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9 to allow our employees to be with their families and celebrate Easter.
