Felt like I was a bother that I was there early in the morning. They wondered why I never filled out the packet of information, because I never got the packet of information to fill out and still haven't. Assistant seemed annoyed while the doctor was pleasant and took her time with me. Did not end up buying new glasses.

About Emmylou Swartz, OD

Dr. Swartz provides comprehensive eye care including examinations for glasses and contact lenses, acute care, and management of a wide range of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration and dry eye disease. Dr. Swartz is also specially trained to fit scleral contact lenses for patients with irregular cornea conditions, including keratoconus, and severe dry eye disease. Dr. Swartz attended Ripon College where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biology and a minor in Anthropology. She then obtained her Doctorate of Optometry degree with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry.
