The manager Shay is amazing and friendly. Very professional. Beautiful boutique and well lit. Frame selection is nice and fashionable. They offer the latest and most beneficial eye care features and technology. Dr Dagenais is phenomenal. Professional and detailed. You walk out feeling excited about your eye health! If not anything else I'd always go back for my eye exams!

My first experience was awesome! I saw Dr. Brenner and she's awesome! Gina and Niesha helped me pick out glasses and they we're amazing! So nice and helpful! Never thought it would be that fun picking out glasses! ;) Definitely recommend this place :)

Every single person we met was so, so lovely & thoughtful. The doctor was very welcoming & warm. Every member of the team treated us with respect & Gina spent a good amount of time helping us pick our frames. Such a pleasant experience with wonderful people!

I just purchased a pair of glasses from this location, as well as had an eye exam. The doctor was very friendly, and talkative. I had initially planned on buying some glasses online (Kickstarter Campaign) but that got delayed, so I decided to go back in for glasses. They were very understanding when I told them initially that I didn't intend on purchasing a set of glasses from there, and still treated me very well. Which is why I did go back when I decided I wanted to use my insurance before the end of the year. I definitely recommend making an appointment, they are a little short-staffed, and you could wind up waiting around for a while if you don't have an appointment. If you work a normal Monday to Friday 9-5 job, this isn't the place for you, as their office hours barely extend past that time, and they have no weekend hours at this location (though I believe their Waukesha location does). Somewhat inconvenient in that manner, but if those hours work for you, I would recommend the friendly staff here. They do try to upsell you on lens coatings, and things of that nature, but are not pushy about it. I would return should I find myself in the market for another set of glasses.

Dr. Neitzke has been my eye doctor for several years. He and his staff have taken very good care of me. I am thankful for him and his staff.
