She also offers great opinions on final selections, especially if your besties are not able to respond. Our family has found their glasses guru! Highly recommend!

Adeliz did a great job helping me get a new pair of glasses. She not only gently guided the process, but went above and beyond anything I expected by taking my old glasses (which I bought at Wisconsin Vision nearly 6 years ago) and, seeing them in a bit of disrepair, adjusted them to fit like new again. I've been going to Wisconsin Vision for many years and would highly recommend them for their professionalism, patient care and especially for their outstanding service such as what Adeliz displayed!

I have always had a great experience at Wisconsin Vision. Dr. Donna Belanger was really lovely and very informative during my eye exam. And Jeanna was amazing and so helpful with helping me pick out and get some new glasses and sunglasses! I will absolutely be coming back to this location for all my vision needs!

I had a very very good experience at this Greenfield location today! Jeanna helped me with getting the perfect pair of glasses, while doing all of the work for figuring out my insurance coverage, out of pocket costs/copays and the perfect pair that fit me just right!! She is very personable and pleasent to have help you with figuring out what works for you. I would recommend anyone to come to WI Vision and specifically request Jeanna!!! I also had Dr. Belanger who was also very nice, friendly and helped make the experience of the exam great!!

This is VERY IMPORTANT, I have been going to the same eye doctor for 35+ years. And I was wearing VARILUX XR lens. I was made to believe that any other lens I would have an issue with I use a no line progressive by focals. I went to Wisconsin Vision in Greenfield and met Jeanna and Liz. They sell ZEISS Lenses, that I was previously told I would not like because I was in VARILUX For so long. Well newsflash I'm 63 years old. I decided to try them and see for myself. I bought two pair of glasses, one for writing on my Harley and one for every day no line progressive glasses first off. They got the line exactly correct the first time for the progressive second off the quality is outstanding third off. I DON'T SEE ANY DIFFERENCE IN MY VISION FROM USING THE PREVIOUS TYPE OF LENS TO THIS NOT AT ALL AND I DRIVE FOR A LIVING AND I'M VERY VERY PARTICULAR WITH MY GLASSES. With that being said, let's talk about service. My previous doctor gave great service and I was kind of afraid to change, but when I met JEANNA The manager of the store who took care of me, I couldn't have been more pleased, smiling, professional, and knowledgeable. You know what Customer Service isn't dead. It's just hard to find, these gals do an outstanding job. I will not go anywhere else and they're always smiling. That's extremely hard to find and guess what else NO is not in their vocabulary. That's incredibly hard to find. Thank you so much. you got a customer for life and anybody else I recommend you highly try them and you'll see what I'm talking about. You will not be disappointed don't be stuck with something that you think can't be done. Their prices are extremely competitive. Their products are excellent and I couldn't be more happy.
