Family Vision

I had a contact lense exam this month which went fine but after they gave me the wrong contacts this went wrong. I waited nearly two weeks for replacements wearing poorly fitting lenses. I was told they would credit me for the lenses I purchased but once I came in when my new contacts were available I was charged for the open box of lenses not credited for my inconvenience/discomfort and their mistake. I really needed the contacts for my job so I was pressured into take their ultimatum of accepting their partial credit or nothing and be forced to keep the wrong contacts that they gave me. Im shocked at their treatment of me and wanted to want others.

We've been coming here for several years now & have always had a great experience. The associates are very courteous & polite they guide you through every step of your appointment!

I needed to find a new 'eye vision' location as a result of an insurance change and picked Family Vision because of its close proximity to home. The staff was very helpful and kind, and I was able to try on frames without interruption. When I needed help, I sought and received it. The eye doctor listened to my eye concerns and provided different options which was great! I am very happy that I chose Family Vision in Oak Creek; my daughter will be making an appointment soon for her eye care needs. Thank you, Family Vision!

Scheduling was easy and quick. The office staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Pritzl was very thorough and knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. I would highly recommend the Family Vision Eye Care, Oak Creek office.

Went there for the first time on July 2nd. Office very clean and well lit. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and personalble. Eye exam itself was done with state of the art equipment. The Dr took time to explain everything thoroughly to me. They promised my glasses in 2-3 weeks, I actually got them in less than a week. Pickup and fittings took 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Family Vision.

Nice office, convenient location, pleasant staff. They have a good selection of glasses, and my prescription glasses order was ready quickly. I really liked Dr. Tim as well. Would recommend this business to anyone!
