Don't get contacts! They advertise a promotion of a year supply being $150, by the end of the exam everything was over $300. All I got were contacts so it was extremely upsetting walking away having to settle with that. The contact solution I was given was also expired so be aware.

Was told my glasses would be made same day when I set up the appointment, and then when I was done with my eye exam they said 2 weeks at the latest. It's now been 2 weeks and my glasses are stuck in customs with no delivery date in sight. If I had known they shipped them from overseas and this was going to be an issue I never would have ordered them from here. Terrible experience!

I read some pretty terrible reviews for this location, but opted to determine for myself this morning. I am due for my annual eye exam and VSP-funded purchase for the year. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and encountered the only negative for this location. The parking was atrocious - which has nothing to do with Stanton themselves, as they are located next to Macs and First Watch. Don't hold this against Stanton - this is just poor planning by the strip management company. After getting a spot and getting inside, I was greeted by two friendly faces that brought me back and got me setup. Here's the unique piece: my exam was "virtual". Once in an exam room, I had a technician on a video call, controlling the "1 or 2" machine on my face, remotely. I thought I would hate this, but it was actually great. About 20 minutes later, I was back in the lobby, looking at frames. After selecting my frame, I sat down with a very helpful young woman (I am terrible with names) but she had an arrow tattoo on her left wrist. She gave me some advice from one frame to another, ran the pricing against my insurance, and quickly a $700 price tag (transition photo max on HUGO frames) down to $214. She told me to expect approximately 1-2 weeks, which is no issue. And I was out the door. From start to finish, 75 minutes. That is not bad at all. Don't look at the negative reviews. Go in and check this out for yourself. These guys were great. Very kind and knowledgeable. Well done.

A waste of my time and energy. Don't advertise on your website that you take certain types of insurance and then tell me as I'm walking in for my appointment you don't take the insurance I have, which was LISTED ON THE SITE.

This location was fantastic. I havent had my eyes checked in over 20 years and started to have issues that I needed checked out. I was able to get an appointment within a few days(main delay was me) and I had a great experience from start to finish. I got checked in with friendly staff and then i had several tests to ensure I had the right prescription. I then had the challenge of finding the right glasses and options for me. Through everything Fiona was there helping me while also making everything fun and light hearted. Changed something that I was dreading to something I actually enjoyed. Fiona even helped find me the right style of glasses that looked great on me! If you need help with glasses, contacts, or just getting your eyes tested I would highly recommend talking to Fiona!

I've only been going here for two years, but my last visit for an eye exam and glasses went smoothly. Fiona and Mary were extremely kind and helpful. I usually bring a buddy when shopping for glasses for a 2nd opinion, but went solo this time. That's when they stepped in and helped me try on a bunch of pairs before helping me pick one. Thank you!
