My husband and I had our first visit with Pearle Vision in Oak Creek in November. We walked in the door and received a friendly greeting from Lijah. She invited us to look around, and informed us she would assist us with any questions. She initially assured us that our insurance would work for the purchase of eyeglasses for each of us. We were impressed with the great selection of frames, and she gave us options for lenses with the prices. She was friendly and made the whole process so easy. She also assisted when we retuned to pick up the glasses. We really like our glasses are appreciated her help, and will return to Pearle in the future.

Dr. Mueller was excellent. The rest of my visit was not good. I got my script to shop around and the gal was kinda rude since I wasn't purchasing glasses there. I paid for my exam and left. The gal called before they closed to tell me she didn't charge me enough. I told her that was not my problem. Then the office manager took over the call and she was very rude. Anyway, very bad experience.

Our family has been going to Pearle Vision for years. Dr. Mueller always makes you feel at ease and knows exactly how to assess your vision. At my last visit in mid-September, I was extremely impressed with Mary Ann and her enthusiasm in learning how to fit you for new eyeglasses. She will be the backup for a couple young ladies on maternity in January, and she wanted to be ready to fill in. Way to be proactive!! One other thing that stood out was that I expressed how I would love to have my new glasses for an upcoming trip at the time, but with the lead-time, they would not make it before I would go. However, they did come in pretty quickly and MaryAnn remembered that I expressed wanting them, so she called me up right away to let me know they were in, so I could take them on my trip.Thanks for caring! Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. Look forward to seeing them again. (no pun intended) :)

I visited Pearl Vision in Oak Creek to get an updated prescription and get some new frames. From start to finish the experience has been great! Sara and the whole crew have been exceptionally helpful and fun to work with. When I was a little unsure about what frames to get Sara stepped in and did a great job picking out some great frames for me. She was super fun to work with and made me feel very comfortable with my new frames. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning to Sara and the Oak Creek Pearl Vision crew for any further eyeglasses needs.

First visit to get annual prescription and the Dr explained everything in an easy way to understand. The poor worker that had to help me pick glasses and check out was amazing explaining differences lens types and what my insurance charges. So much was new for me, she deserved a day off after me. Pickup also amazing and non pick up questions answered willingly. I am a lifer now.
