I needed a contact and glasses appointment. I was able to get in in a timely manner. Had a thorough eye exam with dilation. I then went to Jolene to get new glasses and contacts. The glasses she helped me pick out are beautiful thank-you! My contacts I was able to try out for 2 weeks because my vacation was the day after my appointment. We ended up going with a different brand. Everyone there from the time you walk in to the exam to getting your merchandise were ALL AWESOME!!!

My first visit to Insight Eye Care was very pleasant. All the staff was very professional. I had my appointment with Dr. Hayden Matz . He explained things that were being done in plain English. He was very friendly and welcoming. I am happy he is young so I can keep coming to him as long as needed. This is reassuring for elderly patients like myself. I'd like to have the reception go a little smoother. I would recommend having an option to do a pre-check-in. Being asked for "your insurance papers" and then finding out that I hadn't updated the eyemed card makes for a rude welcome. Fortunately nothing had changed, but it was awkward and soared both me and the receptionist. But all good after that. Enjoyed the exam with Dr. Ryan and follow-up with Beth. Thanks.
