I've known Dr Phill Smith for almost 10 plus years. Dr Phil Smith was recommended to me by Dr Doug Stine from Stine Eye Center in Wausau WI. On Feb 3rd I went for Laser surgery to remove a film over my left eye that was causing me some slight blurriness. Dr Phil, after doing a pre surgery exam, said you have blurriness in your other eye also, "do you want to do both eyes?" My answer was yes!! I am happy to report my laser surgery was very successful and my blurriness has disappeared!!! I highly recommend Dr Phil Smith from Valley Eye Associates in Oshkosh and also in Appleton, WI

I'm glad I gave Vally Eye Associates a try. (It is a little farther away from home but insurance is fussy like that). I feel certain I would continue to see Dr. Brown. He was very kind and professional, and he helped me with an eye problem I truly thought I was stuck with. I almost canceled my appointment thinking it was going to be a waste of time. I am so glad I didn't. Relief was almost immediate. It's a nice facility, the staff and assistant were great. I would definitely recommend them.
