I had a great visit to Wisconsin Vision. Dr. Hubertus is always super fun to talk to and makes the exam process easy. Hannah W helped me post-exam and she was awesome to work with. She was incredibly thoughtful in her recommendations and was very accommodating. Everyone at Wisconsin Vision is super thoughtful and makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. I only want to go to Wisconsin Vision on Koeller.

First off let me say that I did not use this place for my eye exam only because it was already done somewhere else. I stopped in as I did many other places looking for frames.
Very large selection compared to some which I was very impressed by.
Now let me get to the really important part customer service. I was fortunate enough to have Amanda to work with. She is a true gem and very good at her job in my opinion. Not saying that the other employees there are not but this was my only experience.
First off I've had a lot of medical issues lately and spent some time in the hospital so I'll just use this terminology and she has an amazing bedside manner. What I like the most is is I felt as though she was honest and was not afraid to give me her opinion whether she thought I'd like it or not. I have to believe that when you're looking for someone's opinion about how you look in eyeglasses you want honesty.
If I owned a business I would do my best to steal her as an employee. Oh wait I know a lot of people that do hmmm
To the powers at be perhaps you could throw a little extra something in her stocking this year:-)

I always enjoy my experience at the Wisconsin Vision in Oshkosh. Dr. Hubertus is friendly and efficient. Amanda is very helpful and just this week guided me through the process of buying a new pair of glasses. She also remembered me when I came back days later and quickly took care of what I needed.
