Do not go here! He was yelling at the staff and asking personal questions! He gets very angry if you question him. He also lied to me saying that he will only charge $80 bucks and it's around $400 At other places and I checked around and that's not even close, I think he takes advantage of people with disabilities and he lies!

First of all I will give credit to the younger assistant and the one receptionist who were wonderful. However, my fiance arrived at 10:45 am for my 11am appointment. We waited for a half hour past our appointment time just to fill out forms and get my eye pressure done. I was made to feel uncomfortable by the older assistant who questioned my medical information and why I was on certain medications which was COMPLETELY uncalled for. And when I asked her 4 times to tell me how much my insurance covered for frames (which i found out was up to 150) she avoided the question and talked over me. Fine I smiled and continued with my appointment. We did not see the actual doctor until 12:05 pm (AN HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED TIME). He was brief and made the appointment fast. (Thanks to his younger assistant for trying to move ours along). Again I had no idea what my insurance actually had covered (due to miscommunication of my insurance) and because no one answered my questions so when I went to pick out frames I assumed they gave me options which my insurance would cover mostly. However due to there being NO pricing, and sloppy handwriting and no clear understanding made i ALMOST bought 400.00 frames. Thankfully the receptionist was understanding of my situation and gave me the refund. But this was the MOST unpleasant and shady eye visit I have EVER had to experience. I wpuld suggest walmart over this business any day.

If they had a negative 5 for a rating uh that would be it. Warning to ya"ll if you like slow help this is the place to go! Oh by the way if frames break, hopefully you have another pair because it will take 3-6 weeks to just get the frames as there is no inventory. Better out pocket expense going to a real eye glass company that replace frames on the spot. This place is even lower than a joke!

I went to Elliott & Webb in 2019 and had an eye exam. I'm writing this review in 2020 due to going to a different eye doctor (lens crafters) and finding out some very interesting information. First, my experience at this establishment. I had an appointment scheduled in the early afternoon, upon my arrival and entering the facility I noticed that it seemed VERY disorganized ie shuffling people around from room to room frequently. After waiting roughly 45min past my appointment time I finally was being addressed. It took 3 hours from when I sat in a chair to finish this appointment. I was there almost 4 hours and the only explanation I received was that they were busy. Now normally I would have been okay with that and understood (a little outraged but still I get it doctors get busy). When I went to get my order they wanted me to pay an additional 30ish dollars. I had to go prove to them that they were overcharging me (once again normally I would have just bitten the bullet and gone on my way however after giving up a whole evening to get my prescription I wasn't having that). They honored the correct price after me proving that my insurance paid such and such and having to fight for my correct amount. Fast forward 1 year later. I went to Lenscrafters due to my experience. The whole experience at Lenscrafters was very professional and how it should go. During the exam the optometrist from Lenscrafters noticed that my prescription for my contacts (only thing I got from Elliott & Webb) seemed very off. I had noticed some slight headaches but figured it was mostly due to the incredibly stressful year we have all been enduring. Once the exam was over and I got my new contacts in... wow I could see sharply again. I asked the Optometrist from Lenscrafters if my prescription changed drastically and if I should be worried. The Optometrist explained that my eye's haven't really changed since 2 years ago however Elliott & Webb's prescription seemed incredibly off. He said the powers that he saw were almost identical to my prescription 2 years ago. Leading to me believing that I paid for a service at Elliott & Webb that took 4 hours, wanted to overcharge me and finally they gave me the incorrect prescription. I highly suggest you do your research before visiting Elliott & Webb. The people were nice but results matter and this is one customer that will NEVER even consider going back to their establishment. I hope this helps someone from wasting their money and most importantly their time with this Eye "doctor". Thank you for reading.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Dr doesn't listen to patients just walks out of room. Staff/Dr orders wrong glasses and blames me for their mistake! Doctor misdiagnosed prescription and when you ask them to fix it they tell you to wait until you year exam. I just had exam and she told me I hadnt. Very unprofessional. So upset I had to hang up on her....and this is not the first time I have had to do that. I know customers are not always right but in this case I am and I wouldn't send anyone ever to that place of business!

About 5 days before my appointment (which had been scheduled for over a month), I received a call from E&W stating my insurance would only cover the exam and not lenses. I explained that was a mistake but would call insurance company. E&W said they couldn't hold my appt. even though I was guaranteed covered for the exam. Called ins. and I was correct that I was covered for both. Thankfully the receptionist was able to put me back in for same day but different time. Day of, appt. at 9am. They took me back right away and I was talking to the lady doing the first test about what problems I was having with my eyes. She did not even look at me and in the middle of my talking, she started laughing and mumbling to herself about how she dropped some alcohol wipes on the floor. I was completely ignored. So I figured nevermind I would explain it at the main exam. Then they took me to pick out glasses even though I hadn't had the main eye exam yet. I said I would wait till after and they left me there for 45 minutes. I left and made sure they wouldn't charge my insurance so I could go somewhere else.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Web for nearly 2 years now. My husband's vision was nearly uncorrectable, and Dr. Web correctly diagnosed the problem (which previous doctors had not) and was able to help my husband regain several diopters, directly improving his vision. Because of the success with my husband, I too have started going there. My eye exam was quite professional, Dr. Webb took time to talk with me and address my vision concerns, his price for my glasses was even more reasonable than Walmart, and I found his staff to be friendly and efficient.

Went to get my daughters eyes checked. My wife nor I have glasses and am not familiar with the process. Very rude customer service, and no explanation as to what the results really mean. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there until of course it was time to buy glasses. Old building, old equipment, rude older front desk woman...not inviting at all. Walmart offers a more professional experience.
