Do not come here very unprofessional. Lady Manager was very rude without a care. Noting you did not make an appointment here call the Racine office. Parents drove all the way from Waukegan. Granted we have been coming to the office since they were at 7 mile fair every year for a check up. Lost a loyal costumer. Att Luis Montano

You get what you pay for. Especially the service!!! There should be a negative star rating. Save yourself the frustration&headache. They will not accommodate you.

Surprised so many posts with $18 expectations & quality service. Just wanted to say only toy stores, or resell shops will have eye glasses for $18 that may look okay, and no returns. Most eye wear may start at $89-$99 (I've seen $59 advertised at 1 time) with no medication and a basic style. Just be logical in your thinking on what to expect when you entertain a pitch like 18.00 in the company name!!!

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke and the workers there are very rude and unprofessional Judith was very unfriendly and talked so mean to me that I will never step foot in there again the frames that they offer for $18 are So ugly and terrible do not waste your time please take my advice and read the rest of the reviews and go to a different place they need to be shut down it's so bad. My Groupon says that my complete care would be covered but there are many hidden fees that you have to come out of pocket for Judith was also on the phone with a customer when I walked in and she was also very rude to her

Most of there glasses are expensive. 18 is to get you to them then you are not likely to find $18 glasses that works for you. I paid over $100 for my son glasses. Service is not good. They don't give cases. When I called to tell them they didn't give us a case. The lady there said it is for $2 , we need to wait for a week then we have to drive half hour to pick them up. I don't care about the $2 but dealing with their customers this way tells you something. I won't go there again or advice anyone to go.

The service is on point. Depending on the frames you get, what you get added to your lenses, the price will go up. But I'd still rather pay $94 than $269. My mom has a much stronger prescription, her's where $320, but she was so happy because her last pair from Sears was over $600 (+6.00 will always be expensive glasses). I've had mine for about 2 months and if you take proper care of the lenses they'll be worth it. Get the Groupon if you see the deal! If you need an extra pair for your car, working at home, perfect place because chances are you'll be able to afford it. They have designer frames too! Good Harley Davidson collection which was my preference.
