Well, I give this place,doctor and staff a million star review! I am extremely shocked to see all these bad reviews. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect from reception area, the assistant before doctor, he was 100 percent sweet, kind gentle and calmed my nerves down. The doctor was the sweetest man ever! He was extremely intelligent, kind,gentle,informative,listened to every word I said and also easy on the eyes. Very well spoken great looking gentleman! I was numbed in both eyes and didnt feel anything at all....Not even the typical burning to dialate the eyes.This place numbs the eyes before being dialated to make sure the patient is 100 percent comfortable no burning or pain at all. I will definitely be back and absolutely love this place,staff and the doctor. Things must have changed from years ago.Very Excellent faculty and I am 52 yrs old but would recommend at any age.

I have never been to a doctor that runs this far behind. We repeatedly get put into another room to wait. An appointment can easily take 2 hours. The front desk staff is not very friendly and in this day and age the physicians have decided to not give patients access to WiFi. Wifi would be a good customer service move consudering the consisyent long waits.

As for me, ANY great doctor is well worth the wait! Do you want it fast or do you want it good? Any doctor who has that many patients is thorough that I'll have to wait, is a good sign to me!!

Didn't listen to what was the outcome I wanted after cataract surgery. Didn't even discuss options. I have been very unhappy with the outcome for the last 10 years.

Dr Rhode dod my cataract surgery years ago and recently lazered a film that developes (normal) and restored my vision to what it had been. HOORAY
