Eric L. Knight, OD

This is very hard to have to write this, and give this low of a rating but I didn't think it should go without saying something after this last incident. I have been going to see Dr. Eric Knight for over 15 years. I really miss the way the office was before they brought MyEyeDr on board. I've had concerns with them (MyEyeDr) from the beginning. Here are a few examples; From them being rude, cold, especially the new front office manager and unapologetic about it, I have been charged for things that I never was prior, trying to push patients to see other eye doctors, to having issues with receiving my new eyewear when told they would be ready. Now I'm not talking about 1 or 2 days late, I'm talking about sometimes weeks later and it didn't just happen 1 time either. Now please don't get me wrong there are some staff there that will go out of their way to make sure that you are taking care of correctly, and that along with Dr. Eric Knight is what keeps me going back still. But now I'm starting to wonder if it's worth all this drama. MBTFC

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. ERIK KNIGHT IS THE WORST OPTOMETRIST EVER! I AM NOT POSTING UNDER MY REAL NAME, BUT THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE AND OPTOMETRIST YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY ARE RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY AND WILL MAKE LIFE MISREABLE FOR YOU. A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! PLEASE AVOID!

This is the only location I like to come to in the area. They don't try to sneak in extras for one. Tonight, Andi was able to perform a miracle, and fix my sons arm on his glasses.... again. Awesome customer service here!

Went to this office. The wait was a little lengthy but they were very busy. The staff was awesome. Dr. Knight was great at explaining everything that was going on. I'm really glad I came here.

My husband went to pick up his glasses. Next they told him that he can't take his new glasses because of an old past balance. If he couldn't pay his old past balance, he couldn't take his new glasses. He already paid for his new glasses. They said nothing about the old past balance when he went in to get an exam done. They had attitude about this issue. Ive been going to them for 15 years and never had a problem until now. They are lucky they weren't dealing with me. Ill be going else where now!a

Knight Vision & Glaucoma has been terrific over the years. The staff is friendly and Dr. Knight is certainly knowledgeable and listens to my questions and concerns. I like the amount of time he spent going over my eye issues and helping me understand what is going on with my eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Knight.

Front desk and office staff have the worse attitudes . Place went down hill since MYeye doctor took over. Dr Knight lost a patient due to this company.

My appointment was at 10:00 AM. The assistant didn't call my name until 10:40 AM. No apology or excuse for me waiting over half an hour. Another 45 minutes until the doctor arrives in the exam room. The first thing he says to me is "I can't believe how old you are." Apparently we were born in the same year. Again no apology for seeing me 1-1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I will not be returning.
