America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

A couple months ago I came into American Best with an outside prescription, and Shanell Gangwish helped me pick out my glasses. She made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, she was very welcoming, patient and genuinely kind! I basically had went through the whole store, looking at almost every pair. When I told her what I was kind of looking for, she picked out frames she thought would fit my face and style, and she was so spot on! It honestly made the process so much easier. She was so helpful overall and never made me feel rushed or pressured! She was so kind and patient, and she made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. If you go to American Best, I highly recommend asking for Shanell!

Best eye exam and eye glass purchase I've ever had. The appointment was extremely quick. The prices for designer frames and shades are the cheapest in town. The GM Shanell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to my elderly mother and young daughter. A+ experience. P.S. the exam process is very quick so do not be late for your appointment or they will have to reschedule you.

The eye doctor was great and very responsive to all my questions. She was the best part of my experience! The other staff I interacted with could have been friendlier, and they almost didn't let me in for my appointment time. If you are running late, be careful because they might not accommodate even if it's just a couple of minutes.

Just left my appointment. Everyone was so nice and helpful. After a bad experience in Fort Collins, this was sooo different. They took their time and listened to all o had to say and even made it all right! Thank you Jeannie (I think), Rhonda and Rylee! You guys are amazing!

8 years a club member ended today. Drove 5 hrs round trip for an eye exam. It was " virtual". Meaning literal waste of time and travel. Video doc could not prescribe because of lack of quality in video. I will never use this service / company again and canceling the next appointment (with actual eye doc). You lost me at virtual. Wasted an entire day off work and 250 miles travel to be told i have to see in person doc in two weeks. Canceling my membership im out. Made an appt with local walmart dont care of it costs more.

Shanell was so sweet and professional, I had no experience with glasses because of my 2020 vision, but she helped me and made everything easy thank you so much
