Dr. Joseph Munsell

My husband, children and I have been seeing Dr. Munsell for at atleast three years now. Our children are now 10 and 12 years old. Dr. Munsell and his assistant, Ashley, have always been great with them. He makes conversation with us but also doesn't sit there and talk for half of an hour. Never has he showed frustration with the kids and always tries to make sure they are comfortable. While his exams move quickly, he goes over everything with us and I never feel like we are leaving with unanswered questions. In three years, my family of four, has no negative things to say about him. We will continue to go to Dr. Munsell as long as we can and I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dr. Munsell took probably three minutes to do my exam very unprofessional. I felt like I was taking his time and intruding never filled my prescription. Play key was supposed to very unsatisfied. I've been seen by other doctors, very professional. He is very unprofessional.

Very nice place, they have a lot of optometrist so you don't wait long to schedule too. They couldnt get my insurance figured out so I had to reschedule my eye exam. Luckily they did because through that I was able to find out they price gouge. Specifically with contact fitment, they are 4 times higher than another local optometrist. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
